nothing although it would have been good to have a book in the room that identified where local supermarkets were as it was a self catering unit

The property has a truly unique and beautiful design. It feels like a carefully curated tropical garden, with the rooms and other facilities seamlessly integrated into lush greenery and dense vegetation. Despite the abundance of nature, the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to central Ubud, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The resort looked particularly magical at night. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally pleasant, polite, considerate, and genuinely attentive to the needs of the guests. We are vegetarians, and my wife is gluten intolerant, and the chef and restaurant staff made a sincere effort to accommodate our dietary requirements at breakfast. We really appreciated their care and hospitality. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a memorable part of our time in Ubud.

The cleanliness of the rooms was generally acceptable, although there is some room for improvement, particularly given that the property is surrounded by dense vegetation. At times, we noticed some dampness in the room and bedding, which could potentially be uncomfortable for guests with respiratory allergies or asthma. However, this was not a major issue during our stay and is something that could be addressed with better ventilation and moisture control.

The room was a little damp. But that is understandable in Ubud climate.
