Beautiful little apartment with garden views and right by the waterfront. Kitchenette is very handy and has everything you need for simple meals. Quiet area and only 10 minutes walk from Kotor centre. The host is very welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you for that. We will definitely come back again.

WiFi is fast but not always stable

Very nice host and very pet friendly accommodaton! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the balcony offers a view to the bay of Kotor.

the apartment is spacious and comfortable, it has a small kitchen with everything needed. there is a nice a cosy terrace with a table for a pleasant outdoor dinner. the host was nice and helpful though we came at around 8 in the morning

Exceptional hostess, location, balcony with pleasant view, one row back from the water’s edge making it quiet, but with easy access to the sea and promenade. Supermarket within 5 minutes by foot.

We loved the position: a lovely 20 min walk from the old town along the shore. The area is quieter than the Old Town but everything you need is a few minute walk from the apartment. The appartment is super clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We found everything we needed and Diana was a lovely host. I'd definitely go back!

The owner was super nice. We arrived earlier than initially agreed and it was no problem. She also left us a bottle of water in the fridge. The location is nice, it's a pleasant walk to the city center and if you would like to swim it's possible just in front of the house. Definitely recommending this place.

the room are nice, we had the room on top so you can see the sea from there. The property has garden which is nice specially if you travel with dogs like we did.

Quite hard to find, on the street is sign 91 but when you go looking for the apartment inside of the little street of houses is not 91 anywhere.. the guests told as that is it the apartments we are looking for but no one was there to accommodate as so we waited and almost left to find something else. Maybe if they send some instructions before arrival it would be better. The shower is really small but manageable:) Also we thought it is in Kotor but i guess is it in small city called Dobrota 2km from Kotor center, just in case someone doesn’t look on map like I didn’t 😂 and wants to stay closer. and if someone wonders the view of first photo is not from the apartment is from the fortress in Kotor.

We loved this place, that spot is just soo beautiful and you get to go swimming on a small beach at 2 minutes from house. 😸 owner was really friendly and our room as well as the balcony were stylish. Plus honestly, location was good precisely because it isn't in the centre. The old town is busier and more expensive.

Lovely apartment right by the water and close to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Good quiet base for exploring Kotor.

The property was a little hard to find with there seeming to be two sets of street numbers being used on the road the property is on.

The zone is quite and with beautiful views to the coast and piers. The host was really pleasant and was pending for resolving our queries immediately

It was a wonderful place to stay! very kind and pleasant housekeeper Diana makes our journey comfortable and trouble-free.

location was ok, although a bit hard to find. good responsiveness but tough communication

carpets were quite dirty the shower didn’t have any support and we got just a drop of soap

Couldn't fault the apartment, good size, clean, good selection of cooking stuff and a nice little balcony. Location is great, about 15 mins walk to the old town and 30secs from the water where there are plenty of places to sit or swim - it's a bit outside the main tourist bit so lots of local people there which we liked, also there's a supermarket 5mins away and restaurants just down the promenade. The owner is lovely too, nothing was too much trouble - she saved us a parking spot, did some washing for us and gave us bread and medicines when my girlfriend got ill. She speaks good English and was really easy to get along with, and we'll definitely stay again if/when we return to Kotor!

The host was really friendly, we asked her if we could wash our clothes and even though it has not washing machine the host washed them at her house and gave it back folded, very nice apartment and well located

We were extremely happy to have found this place. The view is beautiful, the apartment had everything we needed and we could reach the center just by walking. We are very thankful for the host's hospitality. Diana made us feel so welcome, we didn't want to leave.
