Lovely property, we liked the electric blankets and beautiful gardens, a lot of different kitchen utensils and gadgets. Great location.

The bbq wasn’t usable as dirty, and there was some mould on the shower curtain. The tv in the bedroom also doesn’t work.

The location is excellent and the kitchen is well stocked.

Customer service was poor. We had taken a morning off work and had arranged an early check in. When we got there we were told to come back after 3pm - even later than the normal check in time. We came back at 3.40pm, the floors were so wet we had to dry them before we unpacked. Contacted the owner who felt that this was quite the norm, as was the bathroom door with a faulty lock and no light - very disappointing. Her reaction was to offer us to checkout the following day with no charge. Booking.com have also tried to talk to them regarding a refund/compensation with no success. Copies of text messages are attached. This appears to have happened to other customers, as per previous reviews.

Lovely house - peaceful location with kangaroos grazing in evening. Heated blankets in all bedrooms, fire ready to go in living area, well cleaned at very short notice and all basic supplies provided.

Loved the fireplace, electric blankets, and surrounding bushland and garden.
