Once again the Arte wins my heart. The staff from the doormen to the reception are so amazing and you feel special. Rooms are always immaculate and balcony doors double window glazed for no noise. Still my go to after all this time.

Nice enough mid range hotel with really lovely front desk staff. They were incredibly accommodating and helped store medication and luggage when I arrived early. They also helped with a couple of alternative arrangements I need sorted during my stay.
Minor challenges with the room on arrival. Clearly the previous guest had been smoking. A request to move rooms was accommodated very quickly and without any fuss. This is how customer complaints should be dealt with. Very efficient front of desk staff who are.

Great location! Just off the main road, a pretty tree lined entrance, and about 5 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Staff were friendly and helpful from start to end. Breakfast buffet was worth the 299 baht (about $9 US). The staff made me a butterfly pancake. :) Rooftop pool area was very nice.
Booked the Family suite, 2nd floor. You have to walk thru a room to get to the living area and then the main room. The main bathroom only had a clawfoot tub with nowhere to hang the shower head and no shower curtain, so expect to make a wet mess in there. Great if you only take baths, horrible if you take showers. Hair conditioner was missing from selection of amenities. Noise from the street and next door room can be heard. Ottoman in living room was stained.

This is a Gem in the right location close to lots of good things. The staff where exceptional where nothing was too difficult. Shout out to Oil a female staff member who went out of her way to assist. We took the blue line and green line trains for great experience. The food hall close by is out of this word. We will be back but my advise is to book early>
Nothing -I have stayed in over 600 hotels and this one is excellent!!!
