This very tasteful equipped apartment is located right at the doorstep of the fabulous city center of Dijon, which made it a perfect start to explore the medieval streets and breath the atmosphere of great history. The house itself is located in a street of very old authentic buildings, and the only "less comfortable" thing - many stairs to climb to the 3rd floor - is weighing against the view one has "above the roofs" from a very charming little balcony. All was very clean, modern and functional and our friendly host Antoine very helpful and also dealt with a small maintenance problem surprisingly quickly. We recommend a stay there without any hesitation - even the parking situation, especially over the weekend, is totally fine on a Boulevard framed with parking spaces about 500m away. Great restaurants, cafés a bakery and wonderful macarons just around a the corner round the experience of the city of gastronomy and wine perfectly! And after a full day, you always get a warm feeling entering the apartment looking forward to a glas of great wine on your balcony with a view! Thanks to our hosts for this stay trés formidable!

The location was perfect, the apartment was so comfortable, great bed, everything was nice. Antoine was very friendly. We even forgot about the stairs, it was really a great place in the heart of Dijon. We definetely recommend it.

- The location was fabulous - a lovely street with less tourists than in many places in the city centre; - The apartment was impeccably clean, really nicely decorated, and with great wiews from the window; - The place was pet friendly; - The host was super nice and helpful; - Overall, if we were to stay in Dijon again, we would choose the same apartment!

The cons were rather minor: - There were some issues with the WiFi; - Having to undo the bed was slightly weird, although not really problematic; - The apartment is on the last floor, so it's tough to get there with heavy luggage, and it might get quite hot during a heatwave.

Everything was just perfect. Antoine was wonderful - gave great instructions, and was very prompt in answering our questions. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we asked to stay an additional night. Fortunately, there was availability and Antoine made it very easy for us to stay the extra night. The location is perfect . . . a bakery right downstairs as well as a restaurant and many shops (lots of restaurants within walking distance). Parking was very easy as well.

- Beautiful location - The apartment has been decorated with a lot of care and feeling, is cosy and aesthetically pleasing - Spacious bed, especially for one person - Charming little balcony - Incredibly well-equipped! - Friendly and helpful host :) - The host has prepared a website as well as a book containing various useful suggestions (food, shops, things to see, etc.) which is really great - Might be a silly point but I liked the coffee machine, it was fun to use :)

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the lack of a regular table or desk to eat/work at. I had my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the coffee table which is a little low (of course, it's a coffee table after all) but has comfy chairs next to it, and I usually had my dinner at the counter next to the kitchen, sitting on a tall, fairly uncomfortable stool. However, that didn't bother me much at all and I quickly got used to it :)

The flat is quite small but fine for a short stay. Fully equipped kitchen etc. and comfortable bed (usual French dodgy pillows !). The location couldn't be better for central Dijon - even has a good boulangerie almost next door. Street was pretty quiet - we didn't really notice any noise until street cleaning machines in the morning.

The access is up several flights of quite steep stairs so you wouldn't want to tackle this if you have any mobility issues or baby/toddler. We managed to park on the (non pedestrianised part of the) street and kept renewing 2 hour stay (it's free overnight)...I imagine in high season you'd have to use one of the car parks which are a short walk away.

The place was very clean, smelling great and every detail was taken care of to make the stay a great experience (from good furniture to quality pans). We felt like we were in our own home. Antoine was also super nice.

Host required us to strip the bed sheets which I thought was more than necessary. Cited it was for Covid safety but from my perspective this was unusual and unnecessary. Cleaners should take precautions to clean the apartment rather than asking guests to do some of the work. Otherwise very nice

It was cute, clean, complete and comfortable. Just perfect. Antoine was very welcoming and spoke perfect English (although he was glad to switch to French, haha).

Thoroughly enjoyed our little stay in Djion. It was our mid way stop from South of France back to UK and it was one of my highlights! Djion is worth the visit and this little stay in this Gem was gorgeous. Middle of town, amazing views. Excellent decor. Cute french vibe. Absolutely loved it all

No lift, which is fine but I should have thought about my bags before I went. Free Parking was available at a short distance- so make sure you have the right bags On Sunday no restaurant are open all day. They shut and then all reopen at the same time. Being from the UK and travelling for the 10 days before this never happened before
