My experience at 137 Pillars Residences Bangkok was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every way.Form the moment I arrived,I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance,warmth and genuine hospitality. The property beautifully combines luxury and comfort, creating an experience that genuinely feels like home away from home. What truly sets 137 Pillars apart,however,is its extraordinary team. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming,gracious,respectful,attentive and sincerely friendly .Their level of service was impeccable,yet never felt formal or impersonal.There was a genuine warmth and thoughtfulness behind every interaction that made me feel valued as a guest. My stay was made even more memorable because I celebrated my 60th birthday at the hotel. The entire team went above and beyond to make this milestone truly special.I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely birthday celebration during breakfast and upon returning to my room, I discovered a beautiful arrangement of balloons, a birthday cake, heartfelt message and a thoughtfully prepared fruit platter. These gestures were incredibly touching and demonstrated an extraordinary level of attention to detail and personalized service. It is one thing for a luxury hotel to provide beautiful accommodations,but it is something entirely different to make a guest fell genuinely celebrated and cared for. 137 PILLARS accomplished both beautifully. The thoughtfulness of the team transformed an already wonderful stay into an unforgettable experience. You created memories that I will treasure for years to come.

One thing that really stood out during my time at the property was the traffic. The congestion was extremely heavy,especially during peak hours,and it could make even relatively short trips take much longer than expected. With the constant flow of cars,taxis,buses,and motorcycles, navigating the city by road could be quite challenging. Despite the traffic, Bangkok is such a vibrant and exciting city and the energy and beauty of the city definitely made the experience worthwhile.

Very clean and spacious, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! The free shuttle to nearest train station was a big plus.

Hätte kaum besser sein können. Herausragendes Personal, super Essen, schönes und sauberes Zimmer.

So schön der Pool auch ist, er muss unbedingt renoviert werden. Viele Steine sind sehr rau und scharfkantig.
