The place is super beautiful and room was big and comfortable. They had the best bedding that we seen in our 6 days in Morocco! Mustafa was super kind and helped us with instructions about the medina and prepared a gluten free breakfast for me. Food at the riad was super good.

Unfortunately there is no credit card payment, but Mustafa showed us the nearest atm. Also keep in mind there is a lot of stairs.

Wir hatten eine Abend-Rundfahrt über das Riad gebucht, bei der man leider keine Informationen über die Stadt oder den gezeigten Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen hat. Es wurde Halt an einer der Töpfereien gemacht, was sehr informativ war seitens der Herstellung etc., jedoch wurde man nach Besichtigung der Produktion zu einem Kauf der Töpferwaren gedrängt. Nach dem wir dies abgelehnt haben, war sowohl der Besitzer der Töpferei, als auch der Tourguide/Fahrer sehr sauer und ablehnend uns gegenüber. Solch eine Tour würden wir nicht mehr buchen. Das Riad an sich war jedoch wunderbar.

The holiday was wonderful. Great location, close to Medina and many sights. Responsive and caring staff, responding to any request. Especially Mustafa. Riyadh is beautiful, conveys the national flavor. Excellent WiFi. Excellent breakfasts with variety and original presentation. Special thanks to Mustafa for the care and valuable instructions regarding the safe stay in Fes.

Stunning Riad in the middle of medina. Inner decor was one of the best we've seen in Morocco during our 2-week travel across the country. We arrived very late and were served a delicious dinner on the rooftop. The public parking is about 12 min walk. Room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Its tricky to find the place. It is located in the narroow street in the middle of medina. We ended up walking into police station asking for directions. :) And its better not to have too bulky luggage as the stairs inside are steep and narrow.

the room on first floor was direkt behind a door of the restaurant, not so nice if someone is having dinner or breakfast. the room smells especially bathroom due to no window, and part of the shower water stays in the bathroom if you don’t clean it with a special tool. on second day we change room to the terasse, it was good with window, but the shower hot water was not continuously supplied, it stopped all of sudden and Continue if you wait for seconds. overall the facilities need to be well maintained.

- I missed the plan for a parking place for my bike. Riad is IN Medina. so you can’t go there by bike/car.

Riad was beautiful and historic. The room itself was spacious but had a bit of a stuffy feel due to limited ventilation. Staff were helpful. There is a restaurant on site but prices are a bit inflated compared to what you can get elsewhere.

It was a really nice experience, we enjoyed everything the hosts were nice and very friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Living the medina experience. Highly recommend the place.

The riad was absolutely beautiful and in great location! Close to majority of the things you can visit in Fes! Rachid the owner is really welcoming and kind. I highly recommend staying here!

The room I booked was switched to a different one, which isn’t a big deal but I later realised that the one I originally booked is more aesthetically pleasing than the one we got. The bin wasn’t changed, which is also not a big problem as it wasn’t full but that’s not something you’d expect at a newly cleaned room, right? My main issues are: - Shower is clogged. Draining the water would take hours (seriously, no joke). Water pressure in the shower is also not the strongest. - Wifi connection was so poor in our room. - Communication about the riad could have been better. I suggest printing out welcome cards in the rooms with information on what time the breakfast or dinner is, what the wifi password is and how much are the offered service shown here on Booking.com like laundry service.

In the middle of the old town, and the decoration is stunning. Mustafa is very friendly and showed us the travel tips in the old town.

We loved it. The whole Riad was beautiful. The docoration fantastic. And the owner was so kind. He gave us a map of Fès and information about what we should visit. The view from the terrace OH MY GOD. JAWDROPPING. The last day we should leave very early in the morning so the owner gave us the breakfast to take away.

It was kind of a struggle to find it through the medina roads. But the whole medina is like that.

It is a beautifull Riad in the heart of Medina od Fes, walking distance from Bab Rcif. However, it is very convenient to ask the property to lead you there, at least for the first time. Ayoub was our host, friendly and very helpful and with a sense of humor. Our rooms vere located in upper floor with terrace and amazing view on the roofs of the Medina. Beds are rather harder, but we prefer this kind of bedding. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Riad Oulia is strategicaly located, everthing in Medina is walking distance, including tanneries etc... Parking of the car is at Bab Jid, for 40 D per night. From there it is 15 min walking to Bab Rcif or you can bargain a cab. We drove to the Rcif, unloaded the bags a returned the car to Bab Jid, it is easy and convenient. I would reccommend Riad Oulia to my friends.

TheRiad is beautiful. One bed was comfy the other a bit hard. The shower was hot, and that's a plus. The breakfast was okay. It was close to the Bab Rcif, which takes you into the Madina and shopping. The staff are very helpful. There is an area on the top for relaxing in the sun, and it gives a view over the Madina to the wall.

It was very noisy at night as the place is also a restaurant, so people startedcoming for dinner at about 9.00pm.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is in the heart of Medina and we liked it. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was very good. They also helped us arrange tours and guides when needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone if you want the authentic Moroccan experience within the Medina itself.

Beautiful interior, big rooms-really great price/quality ratio, wifi working perfectly, breakfast was fine

Location was good, close to all the sites, but it wasnt located on the main market street..the streets were really dirty and a bit scary especially at the night.

It was the best days we have in Morocco when we stayed at this Riad, reminding us of the real family life in Fez

The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was divine. The entire Riad was so beautiful, it felt like staying in a palace.

It was a bit tricky to find, but the owners made sure to have someone pick us up and drop us off at meeting points. I also wish there had been a bit more light, but most riads tend to be set up like this.
