The hotel rooms are spacious, and the toilets seem updated. Also, because it was a former love hotel, it’s pretty sound-proof from other rooms and there are plenty of outlets 😅 The beds were pretty comfortable, too. The guy at the front was accommodating and got us extra pillows as well.

I booked two rooms - one for me and one for my family members. Both rooms had strange smells. One smelled strongly of moth balls, and the other was musty like mildew. It was also in serious need of a deep and thorough cleaning, especially in the bath/shower room.

I liked the beds especially the steps to climb on the bed. The shower room was a good size, the balcony was nice as well, because you could enjoy your morning in the fresh air.

The handle of the shutter was clicking against the metal frame every time you opened and closed it. I felt like it disturbed the others. Also, it would be helpful to explain that to access the electricity(to turn on the lights) you have to press the button in front of the bed.

i liked that everything was clean, all prepared, old building but it was very comfortable to stay.

they dont have much free amenities like brush, razer, and shampoo made my hair very dry too.

staff were very attentive to the guest. plus, the fact that they understand and speak english is very helpful. from the front desk staff to the housekeeping, everyone was excellent. i would definitely stay again if i could 🥰

The staff was nice, and the room was clean. The room in general was nice and large, the bathroom was particularly nice.

The WiFi in the rooms were horrible. But more importantly the entire 5th floor was extremely hot. The aircon in the room also did not function properly and could only cool the air from 1 meter and down resulting the beds being cool whilst the air above was warm.

Spacious 5 star hotel like bathroom with bathtub and shower enough for two people. Wide twin beds.

Floor is from tiles everywhere, impression of a big bathroom. Conditioner was near edge of a twin bed.
