Good area
Had a hi lux car and was told it was to big to park in designated spot so I had to use Wilson’s car parting at my expense

Location and secure parking was my main reason for booking at Trilogy Residences. Its close to public transport stops as well as a short walk to Queen Street mall,IGA coffee shops and cafes. Staff was great I called a couple of times before check in and also had a late check in, everytime I contacted staff answered my questions and assited me promptly. Washing machine and dryer were also a big advantage even though the dryer timer did not work properly.
The cleanliness was very poor. Carpets, couches and curtains need a deep clean urgently. Benches and showers did not look like they were wiped down/cleaned properly. Even with the positives of the accomodation I would be very hesitant to book here again based on cleanliness

Everything. Spacious, light and breezy. Perfect for our two night stay.
The main bedroom bed/mattress was sloping towards the middle of the bed. Not all that comfortable for a quality unit.

The location was good.
The apartment was dirty. The curtains were filthy. The black out blinds covered in mould. Cockroaches and insects in the apartment. The coffee table sticky and dirty.

"Staff were very helpful. From booking unit to arriving were sent many emails etc to keep us in the loop. Carpark was free which was an added bonus and rental was quite affordable."
