Ridge Apartment Hotel

Receptionist was very friendly and professional. Allowed me to check in early when the room was available, rather than just leave my bag at the reception before check in!

Near everything , spacious enough for family of 4, city view , got everything we need in the apartment, facilities are good with pool.

Not so great parking

The place is clean and quiet, suitable for family with kids. The only area to improve is to repair to check the carpet, I stepped on a hiden nail and bled a little so don't want that happen to anyone.

The location was suitable to both the hospitals i needed to go to. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms clean. Beds comfortable.

That the parking cost $20 a night extra on top of an $250 a night stay but no guarantee that there was a space available for you. I needed a Disability spot, and other guest could park there Anytime even if they did not pay. A sign stating that they will be towed, I reported it but was informed it was not carried out. I had to park in the service bay so I didn't block the entrance. My disabled friend had to be removed from the Car before parking as very cramped spot..this happened both nights i stayed there. Yet couldn't get a refund on my Parking. Even though Room was comfortable, the furniture in lounge was stained and dirty. And uncomfortable. So sat on dining chairs.
