Staff were amazing and so friendly Pool was great Breakfast was great Villas were nice temperature For families it would be a great option - big rooms, playground and a kid friendly part of the pool Organised bikes Accommodated need for refrigerating medicine

The noise - no sound insulation at all, could hear people farting in the villa beside us and in the laneway behind us at one point - funny but a bit annoying when you’re trying to get a good nights sleep. Would not really recommend for couples Balls of dirt fell from the fan onto our bed (twice)- pretty gross and don’t want to think about what animal or where it came from Thought the outside bathroom would be ok but for us it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat (no shade during high sum) and ants/critters and geckos.

Lovely room with outside shower, beautiful pool and the breakfast was amazing. Nice home made (whole grain) bread. The kind staff also helped to arrange a snorkel tour, massage at the hotel and transport to Kuta. Would highly recommend staying here

On the first night there was a family with kids next door and due to the door in between our rooms and general structure of the rooms we were bothered by their noise and woke up very early. Nothing the hotel can do anything about though, but good to be aware that if you book a room and not a bungalow, you will hear your neighbors and there could be kids as well ;)

Es war einfach so wunderschön, haben direkt nochmal 6 Nächte verlängert. Man kann dort sehr entspannt mit Baby Urlaub machen. Gibt alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und das Frühstück Mega lecker.

Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank hätten den Aufenthalten mit Baby vereinfacht. Aber konnten unsere Milch dort lagern und die Gläschen haben sie uns auch warm gemacht.

Frühstück ist gut, muss aber jeden Abend neu vorbestellt werden. Die Anlage ist schön grün

Verstecke Kosten! Zustellbett muss genommen werden, auch wenn das Baby mit im großen Bett schlafen will . Muss vor Ort bar bezahlt oder überwiesen werden. Extrabett ist aber nicht nutzbar da die Matratze komplett durch ist. Frühstück für Kinder ist nicht inklusive obwohl mit Kindern gebucht wurde. Kleines Glas Milch für Kinder beim Frühstück würde extra kosten. Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ist dauerhaft dreckig, abgenutzt und mit Hühnerkot voll.
