Super schone accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Heel kleinschalig, wat erg fijn is. Iedere ochtend heerlijk ontbijt.

Alles was fantastisch. Wel is een koelkast + kast in de kamer een verbeterpunt. Dit mist de accommodatie nog. De lekkerste cappuccino hebben we ook hier op, alleen doen je hier welk extra voor te betalen bij het ontbijt. Dat is jammer. maar nogmaals, verbeterpunten. Verblijf was fantastisch.

A cockroach appeared in our room amd there was no one at reception to help. We had to find other ways of asking for help. Ants in the bathroom as well. Linen might be a little rough.

- El Aire acondicionado olía mal - Pusieron limpiador en la piscina ( era tóxico ) nadie nos aviso y nos vieron entrar al hotel y tampoco pusieron ningún cartel, nos enteramos después de que yo me bañase. - Desayuno muy flojo - Limpieza… no muy buena - La puerta no cerraba bien y se tenia que hacer muchísima fuerza para poder cerrarla - no tenia nevera ni armarios

Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones, ubicacion, el personal, que tuvieran una maquina de agua helada/caliente para rellenar las botellas, los bowl del desayuno 🤩, la limpieza, excelente wifi.

Très bel hôtel proche de tout. On est à 5 minutes du port. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correct. Grande piscine. Salle de bain agréable.

Il faut payer un supplément pour du café. Les maillots de bains et vêtements jaunissent avec l’eau de la piscine.

Lugar con un ambiente muy tranquilo que te invitaba a relajarte. Instalaciones perfectas, desde la habitación hasta las zonas comunes. Ofrecen servicio de lavanderia y alquiler de bicis, así comos excursiones para hacer snorkel. Los desayunos, buenísimos. El personal, un 10, muy amables y atentos en todo momento.

Este aproape de port, patul curat si confortabil, baie mare, cu un dus exceptional, apa fierbinte si cu presiune, mic dejun bun, totul este foarte curat, personalul este de milioane, iar noi ne-am simtit ca acasa😍Multumim frumos pentru tot si pentru o Asia curata😉😜!

Il bagno e soprattutto la doccia sono stati la manna dal cielo! La prima vera doccia CALDA e COZY che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro viaggio! Camera accogliente e staff gentilissimo!

L’accueil la chambre, la piscine tout était parfait et en plus nous avons réservé une activité avec l’hôtel pour voir des tortue c’était génial

Buena ubicación. Habitación sencilla, limpia y cómoda. Piscina muy tranquila, con sitio en las hamacas. Personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y facilitar las actividades en la isla.

Las habitaciones no disponen de toalla pequeña ni nevera.

Jago is a very good place to stay if you're visiting gili air. Clean and comfy rooms, nice pool area, very good breakfast and super friendly staff. We stayed there for one week and unfortunately were sick the whole time. The team was very helpful, cared a lot and even prepared some special food for us.

Great location walking distance from ferry. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Place is nice, modern and clean and swimming pool is great. Owners and staff were amazing, super-friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved staying at Jago . The staff so friendly and helpful. Yummy breakfast and endless cups of coffee. Loved the location as close to everything especially the Main Street and ferry. Will always come back to Gili Air and Jago. Absolutely loved our time on the island.

Our stay at Jago Gili Air was exceptional. The staff and owners are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. The room and communal areas are really clean. Really comfortable bed and loungers next to pool. The WiFi is really fast - good for anyone remote working and taking meetings online; we stayed at another place in Gili Air which unfortunately had really bad WiFi, so ended up coming back to Jago. Thank you to everyone at Jago Gili Air, who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! We will definitely come back next time.

Lovely place. Such great care on little details like folding clothes and maintaining garden. breakfast is great, rooms are very clean and comfy, team are lovely and helpful, pool is really good (long enough for proper lengths)

Great location on the main street of Gili Air. Staff super friendly, nice pool and water refill station to be used for free.

Bike rental is not in included and more expensive than outside rental which is a bit disappointing at this price point. Airco in the room was leaking, toilet was not really clean.
