Nice place and good location

Very, very bad experience with the owner Yasser, do not, I repeat, DO NOT BOOK/ORDER ANYTHING through him. Ripped us off with boat prices, with food prices - you can get all that MUCH cheaper just 10 min walk to the village! My daughter was sick with fever and we couldn't really move around.. Breakfast once came 1,5 h late because he apparently fell asleep again, what a customer service (good we didn't have any particular plans that day).. And at the end he stole (or never refunded) US 60.- for two balloon flights which had to be cancelled because of bad weather. The 'poor' guy had only EGP 30 out of the 1000 he owed us (the balloon guy, his 'cousin' by the way, didn't pay him back yet he said when we had to leave, of course..) and promised to send his brother (does he have one..?) which supposedly lives in Hurghada, where we were heading, to bring the money, of course never showed up, 100 excuses (he's busy, don't answer the phone and so on) = THEFT, so simple.. To be honest, I knew from the moment the 2nd day/flight was cancelled again that I will never see my money again, so untrustworthy Yasser is.. So that's clearly our worst experience in 2 weeks Egypt (in which we got a lot of small 'rip offs' like everyone :-) ) Oh, about his place: if you get the upper apartment (but only this one!) it's ok value cause it's big and has a little view on the Nile, the ones down - forget it, probably dark all day and for sure no view at all.. Otherwise the whole place urgently needs maintenance! Everything old, dusty and partly broken.. The other guesthouses closer to the village have direct view on the Nile and Luxor East Bank across, which is so beautiful at nighttime with all the lights, we would definitively go for one of those if we come back to Luxor West Bank again, plus you have much more choices of cafes, shops and everything .. Villa Elhad - never again..

Location is very good near the Nile , pool is very good,all very good.

It was such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful house. There is everything you need and it’s really calm. Yasser can organize all the visits to the sites, it makes everything more simple. They are really close from them and he can also bring you to any places you want. He is really nice and there is also Mido, his brother, an excellent cooker ! We asked for breakfast lunch and diner and they were all delicious. You will try all the Egyptian food ! The area is really calm and it’s the best side of the Nile to stay, the swimming pool was refreshing in the afternoon and the view from the top of the house is beautiful. All the family enjoyed it thank you
