There was not hot water 24 hours. Being in a hill places, there should be a provision for hot water 24 hours Also, the choice of restaurant is limited.

The ambiance

The property is located about 2 kms from main market.

The property lacks basic amenities like hot water. The quilt linen was soiled. There was shortage of towels, foot mattress. There was no breakfast left on one day, including bread and butter. Breakfast is very basic and repetitive. There were no fruits except watermelon. The property is rated as 4 star but it lacks basic amenities present in 3 star properties. For even basic things one needs to call the reception and the response is very slow. The only saving grace is attitude of staff who are trying their best to make up for the shortages with their behaviour.

Was not worth the money, same breakfast everyday, room did not have basic facilities

Location, ambience was good

Room service was not so good. I requested for room in 1st floor but they kept is for some special guest who booked after us. Not worth for money in same money you will get 5 rated hotel. Food was very expensive and not so good. I was not checkout but still some person came for cleaness and open my room door without my permission that I really don't like atleast he should rang the bell. If you are booking here in same price you will get better option. The hotel was average don't pay that much.

The hotel was not prepped to accept guests and they should have communicated. They were short staffed.

Room was big

Hot water was only available from 7 AM to 10 AM, intercom was not working so for room service we had to walk up to the reception everytime , staff were very casual and not very professional. Food was pathetic, no Buffett breakfast on most of the days, poor lunch and dinner options. Had to go out for dinner always.
