Zeer huisdier vriendelijk hotel. We zijn met onze Pomeriaan puppy gegaan en hij is helemaal in de watten gelegd. Je krijgt er een hondenbedje bij, wat eten en 2 kommen. De hond mag ook op de kamer blijven wat een leuke pluspunt is als je boven bij Terrazza wilt dineren.

For the kind of rates they charge , the least the can do is give a free access to spa facilities like the sauna and steam room ! They also charge €26 a night for parking ! How is that okay?

Assolutamente consigliato per week end di relax in ambiente selezionato e di classe. Struttura dotata di ogni comfort (parcheggio privato, piscina su rooftop, ristorante in terrazzo, spa e palestra). Voto 10

O hotel é muito confortável e bonito. A vista de lago é incrível e a piscina aquecida é maravilhosa. Apesar se estarmos em Março a temperatura da água estava incrível e a vista inigualável. Fomos em família e foram muito cuidadosos e atenciosos com os nossos filhos. Bom pequeno-almoço, com variedade.

O restaurante/bar Terrazza ficou aquém das nossas expectativas . Estando hospedados no hotel e apenas para dar um mergulho na piscina interior, o valor de 39€ parece-nos desadequado.

The terrace bar had a great view , food was good, staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

La colazione assolutamente molto fornita, le camere bellissime, pulite e comode, inoltre i servizi in più come la sauna e la piscina sono molto consigliabili, il bagno sopratutto e la doccia sono bellissimi.

In realtà nulla in particolare, ovviamente i servizi offerti sono molti proporzionati al prezzo ovviamente, personale gentile e accogliente mi sono trovata molto bene, da rifare.

Personal que atiende el desayuno, comedor y todos en recepción especialmente en el checkout. Tamaño de la habitación.

Housekepper te despierta (entre 8 y 9) temprano golpeando la puerta insistentemente aún cuando está el letrero Don't Disturbe para saber a qué hora puede hacer el aseo. Insólito.

Manque voiturier l’accès par le parking souterrain n’ai pas simple. Pas de cendrier sur le balcon, les plantes en souffrent.

The bar staff where very friendly and welcoming. Overall experience was okay.

The fact that we could not use a lot of other facilities due to Covid restrictions. It would have been nice to at least use the spa even once during our stay. Reception staff really need to improve it almost felt like we where not welcome.

The suite had a gorgeous view, spacious and impeccable. The staff was amazing. The food was good. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied during our stay!

Η πολιτική τους ξενοδοχείου και η αγένεια του προσωπικού. Την επόμενη ημέρα είχαμε check out και μας ενόχλησαν στις 10 το βράδυ με επιστολή κάτω από την πόρτα ότι έχουμε ξεπεράσει σε κατανάλωση υπηρεσιών το ποσό της εγγύησης. Ενώ παράλληλα προσπαθούσαν να κάνουν αλεπάλληλες δεσμεύσεις χρημάτων στη χρεωστική μας κάρτα.

Sehr gutes qualitativ hochwertiges und vielseitiges Fühstücksangebot mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal.

Rezeption: Personal mit professioneller Freundlichkeit (leicht arrogant), so wurde meine bei der Anreise gar nicht begrüßt. Es wurde nicht angeboten beim Transport des Gepäcks zu helfen, sollte man eigentlich bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarten. Lage: Die Innenstadt ist schwierig zu Fuß erreichbar, aufgrund von sehr schmalen Fußwegen, insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter durch Spritzwasser der vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge. Ein Shuttleservice wurde auch nicht proaktiv vom Hotel angeboten. Sauberkeit: Fußboden des Bades wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt bzw. gewischt, ….Flecken vor und neben der Toilette.
