Quiet apartment at back of group. Nice courtyard.

Would have liked another bedside lamp but apart from that we loved the place.

Difficult to obtain lock box in pouring rain with bags. Some rubbish left from previous occupants, behind sofa very dirty, excessive amount of emails regarding stay

It was frustrating on how to find the keys and the instructions I received where difficult to understand. However when I contacted the owners they were quick to call me and advise where to look. If it had of been raining I wouldnot have been happy

There could have been face washers in the bathrooms. A discount due to the water damage. It was difficult to know how to use the idshwasher - some printed out instructions inside one of the cupboard doors would have been a bonus. and the internet did not work at all which was very frustrating and when I enquired about this I did not receive a response.

Spacious apartment with a nice courtyard. Kitchen was well equipped for short or long stays.

Check in and out was over complicated. Way too many long emails and messages are sent prior to check in which makes it super confusing. Limited/no reception in the apartment and wifi is also complicated to connect to. Host emailed on the day to say Foxtel was available which it wasn’t. No big deal but a bit weird to send an email saying something is available when it’s not. I booked for 5 people and only 4 towels were left, host asked for photos of proof so process of getting a new one was a bit frustrating. Cutlery was also left dirty from previous guests and dishwasher wasn’t emptied.

We liked the convenient location in Brighton & that the apartment was on ground floor at rear of property & so it was quiet; we liked having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We liked the secure, free undercover parking. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants & cinema. The reason for our stay was to play golf at RMGC which was only a 15 minute drive away.

We could not find the lock box with key when we arrived to check in at 2pm as the cleaner was still in the apartment with it. She did not speak English & so communication was difficult. We didn’t find any breakfast provided. We didn’t like the large open bag of sugar & the large open box of tea bags & large jar of coffee. These basic items should all be individually wrapped for single use. The same applies to the large bottles of shower gel & shampoo in bathroom. It is not hygienic to share these opened items/products with other guests & definitely not Covid-19 safe. A lot more thought must be given to making the apartment Covid safe. We could not find an ironing board although there was an iron. We didn’t like being bombarded with emails asking us not to throw things from the balcony although we were on the ground floor with no balcony! There was no bedside reading light in the second bedroom. The leg on the sofa looked like it was about to fall off. The clock in the living room needed a new battery.

good location, close to cafes, pubs, supermarket & train

it was challenging to get into the apartment & we need to navigate about 8 emails to understand what you need to do. when I couldn’t open the lock box, I got a really quick reply to tell me the combination had been changed. if it wasn’t cold & raining this wouldn’t not have been so annoying.
