The location is good, about 10min to train station, the cathedral and Accademia Gallery. There are self-laundry across the street (so don't need to worries about if the laundry didn't dried out before leaving) and small restaurants or bakeries nearby, making it convenient for the stay. The rooms and general area are big enough for our stay. The boiler was not working during our stay so we were out of hot wafer for showering during one night. The staff was responsible and helpful to resolve the issue within reasonable manner.

In general, everything is good. The only thing making the stay not perfect may be the apartment is relatively old so the space for the bathroom and the kitchen is kind of limited. Also, there are molds in the bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable It was equipped with everything we needed. The welcome gift... was welcomed and enjoyed

Stuff was very helpfull. They gave us all information that we need during our vacation. Even they helped me and answer all of my questions before arrival. Location is very very good. You can walk just 10 minutes to Dome, its very close to Mercato Centrale which is found very delicious delicatessen. If you want they will arrange parking area and there is a lot of car park in neighborhood.Terrace is not very big and its very concentric with other apartmant we dont sit there because we didnt want disturb noone.But the terrace view is so Italian :). Kitchen has enough metarial for cooking and there was a glass of wine for us. Sheets was clean. Thank you so much for everthing

Its an old place, it does need some improvements. It was cold too. And the very first night electricity went off.

it was charged money for cleaning 2 times. Cleaners came just at check out time. The check out at 10:00 am is too early. Problems with hot water, sometimes it was, sometimes wasn’t:)

lovely and gracious with high ceilings and old world charm. the simple decorations contributed to a light and airy feel. The apartment was on the first floor so easy to access. It was equipped well for our needs. The Mamo staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to everything.

Doors of fridge and dishwasher were hard to open. Gas stove a bit tricky. Shower was a little moldy. The terrace was uninviting. Street noise was a bit loud at night, floor above walking was a bit noisy.

The apartment was dirty. The floors were dirty and the shower smelled like feet. We contacted the staff ( they were very helpful )and they came to clean it the next day but still the floor was kind of dusty.

Amazing how they recreated the ambiance of 1400s. Love the layout and how they were able ad modern amenities to it. Bathroom and kitchen. Great location.Great beds.

It was really hard to find parking, In europe the traffic signage are confusing and what is allowed or not is not always clear. I would recommend some kind of parking agreement with a parking garage. Ended up paying 70euros for 1.5 days parking. Parking usually goes for 3.5 Euros per hour. I am 6'4" and the shower was a little bit small for me but that has been always the case in Europe. TV was a little bit small. But overall this is a great stay. I would totally recommend it

This apartment was so charming and spacious. We were impressed. We had a great experience with the parking garage also. The management kept the apartment nice and warm, which is not always the case for Italy in the winter!

Other reviewers have commented on the noise. Yes, the walls are thin. We put on white noise and that helped. We also noticed the mold in the shower. If the management painted over and sealed that, the apartment would have a perfect score for cleanliness. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations!

Location was ok, about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo, 5 minute walk to the Mercato Centrale. Charming apartment with one queen and 2 singles, perfect for our family of 4, adequate cooking facilities if you want to rustle up your own meals- microwave, stove, oven, fridge. Parking was provided in a covered garage, a bit tricky to get to by car even while navigating with your phone-map but then again, it's the centre of historic Florence, so it wasn't too bad

The location was top notch. It was close to everything.

The shower had some mold in it and on the wall by it. Parking was a little bit difficult. But the location made up for it all. It would have been nice if they had a Nespresso machine.

I liked that it was big enough for a family of 5.

I didn’t like that only the bedrooms had A/C. With the extreme heat, it would have been nice to have a/c in the living area because we spent midday at home.

Nice and spatious apartment very well situated for sightseeing by foot, with a balcony out back.

The apartment offers free parking, however my experience with the valet service was bad. They delivered my car with over an hour delay and only after escalating through my Zeno apartment contact, who was very helpful.

Small problem with the sewers in the building ruined the experience. Place smelled very bad. Hope they fix it.

The location of the apartment is great, the apartment is huge and very stylish. Valet service for the car is very practical and the owner responded fast when we couldn't get in the apartment in the beginning. Strong WiFi.

Check-in and information on the apartment could be done much better with little effort. We didn't get the door-code or key in advance and had to call the owner. The equipment of the apartment is not ideal as some kitchen utensils (coffee machine) are partly damaged and you have to find out yourself how and where to turn on the gas for the stove. The hair dryer in the apartment doesn't fit in any of the sockets.
