I am 70 and getting into and out of the Mezzanine bed was a challenge, but I did it. Hadn't fully apprecuated the layout. .

It is very good value for money. We found the location to be really useful and close to the metro. We had everything we needed and the accommodation staff were also really helpful when asking any questions. We would really recommend this staff.

The residential neighbour opposite was very noisy.

On a rainy cool day this was indeed a welcome "cocoon". It's a beautifully decorated tiny jewel of an apartment very comfortable for 3 adults. Located in the Vielle Ville in Annecy it's a short stroll to everywhere but was also nice and quiet when we stayed. Wish we had more time!

Not a thing, it's a cleverly appointed apartment. Just follow the instructions on getting in and make sure you are on Place Saint-Maurice rather than Rue Saint-Marurce!

The style of the place was very fun, and the location was great.

We were asked to keep the place clean and white, however when I went to put clothes on the open shelves there was a ton of dirt and dust. I had to clean every shelf before I could use it, which made me hesitant of the rest of the unit’s cleanliness. The cushions is the room were highly worn and cracked, coming of on my skin. When I asked where a simple wine opener was, they said I could go buy one. I would have thought this was a common item in a vacation rental unit. When we asked for help with luggage storage the night before we left, we did not hear back until after we left and the host stated that there is no where is Anancy to store luggage, thus leaving us high and dry. After much research and not being locals, we did find there is lots of storage options!

Perfect location, perfect size for a couple, will definitely return for a longer stay.

Tiny apartment in the old city. Great location, but size of appartement is too small and will be ok for the couple only. Ideal to spend one or two nights maximum. Kitchen is too small and not functional. Need to put more attention for cleaning.

This apartment is in the heart of the old town! The location is fantastic! It is a very small apartment, four adults would struggle to fit in, but the space was perfect for our family of three.

The crockery is incomplete. Only two saucers, two porridge bowls, two odd glasses etc. This could do with some attention.

Great location and apartment stays quite cool in hot weather. Wifi worked fine for us. Second bed up on mezzanine which you can get to with a ladder but we didn't try.

All of the toiletries/washing up bottles were basically empty and we had to buy some loo roll which is a bit of a pain for a short stay! Coffee machine available but buy your own pods.. The white decor is unique but needs a bit of freshening up.

Profound and disgusting smell at arrival as someone had been smoking in that, very small room, forever! would not recommend to anyone going with kids as no one could sleep due to the smell

Location perfect. Decoration very original and romantic. Love the original stonework. The small holes in the window shutters are a lovely touch and make it look like stars when closed. Loved sitting in the window seat watching the world go by. Shower was great but took time for water to drain.

This is a beautiful apartment but attention to detail is needed. 4 bulbs not working in apartment .. lights on top of headboard not working and very dusty on top of bed and air vents. Glass on side of bathroom sink still had toothpaste in from previous tenants. Far right white shutter fell off onto my husbands foot when he opened it, this has obviously fallen off many times as there were numerous holes in the chip board where it had been put back up. Only 1 coat hanger in cupboard.

Not for 4 people - very small for 2 big kids- the maisonette was basically a loft with a mattress. which overlooked the shower and compromised privacy!It would be better to have AC or fan in summer as we had to keep the windows open for some air and that meant none of us slept as the street was very noisy. Kitchen equipments can be better and towels with holes can be avoided.
