Great location in the centre of Annecy old town.
Good size apartment when sharing with a group of people.
Nice to have toilet and bathroom separate and also to have a separate living area and dining area.
The apartment itself is in need of maintenance and also some additional items - No hairdryer, no dishes/pans to use in the oven to cook on, the oven itself is very difficult to use but there were no instructions, lots of broken items/things in need of some TLC e.g. loose pipes in bathroom, mould in bath tub, random box of rubbish left in the kitchen on shelf, blinds that didn't go back up properly as they weren't attached to the chain, very very flat pillows in 2nd bedroom, TV remote very dirty, staining underneath windows in kitchen.
