Love the two-bedroom apartment which is well-equipped with everything a family needs.

All expectations were met re standard Staff great! Layout fine. Very clean. Love the selection of extras available in reception. Very happy with the Quest Hotels lately.

I felt that they could add better shower products like other Quest Hotels. The Mor products in pump action containers are lovely.

There was no where to charge phone in room. Had to walk to nearby service station to buy phone charger.

The fact that the apartments was joint together so it was good to have a joining room with our kids

It was confusing when it was advertised for a queen and a single bed but day before I got a phone call to say it’s only a king or 2 single beds. Top it off I was charged for 2 extra guest when 2 of our family didn’t show up due to flights cancelation.

That the cafes in the immediate area are not open on the weekends, at least be open for breakfast coffee on weekend. But this is not the hotels issue they are not attached to hotel. Hotel could compensate for this by maybe having a coffee pod machine in the room kitchens. Would be nice if the hotel had some other milk besides just full cream, like a lactose free, small things
