Great location, lovely setup , spotlessly clean and above all Natalie the host and her son went out of there way to ensure everything was perfect

Natalie is very responsive for our queries and even able to anticipate questions which tenants will ask. We arrived earlier then expected and she is able to arrange her helper to assist us for check in. We initially thought that the ACs are not working, but she is able to tell us what to do with it to make it work via Whatsapp. Provided us with extra set of key and access cards. Very lovely and nice host. Will stay there when we visit Melaka again.

i loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the readiness to help of the host Natalie:)

the facilities and pool were not really well maintained, can be quite dirty and not attractive to swim

Almost everything. It was spacious, clean, super nice view. There is a shopping mall below our apartment, many restaurants around here, nearby jonker street.

There was only one card given so it was actually difficult unless the family always go out and come back together. Haha! We have to keep going down to fetch the other person to come in the residence area. We have to coordinate the time. For example, some of us are going to swim ( without bringing phones), some are buying breakfast on behalf of us ( need to have the card to enter/exit the residence), some is resting at home ( cannot get out of the house as there is no card).

Host Natalie was very friendly and helpful, from the time I made the reservation till the stay. Response was fast. And Natalie recommend nice places for dim sum which the group enjoyed. Through the stay, we had requests and seek advice on places to go, and Natalie was helpful in responding to us. Had a great trip in Melacca !

Good location, fantastic host, plenty of space.

Only small complaint was that the wifi was very weak from the master bedroom
