This place was amazing! Exceeded all of my expectations. The apartment was clean, large and modern. Excellent facilities in kitchen and also had full washing/drying facilities. We stayed in 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The pool and surrounds are wonderful. There are also great relax/chill areas, full charcoal bbq's that you can use and wonderful gardens, including vege garden, of which I was given a large basket of delicious produce that we ate during our stay. The location is terrific, short less than five minute drive to nearest town and things like restaurants and supermarkets, but so great to be away from all the madness. We stayed for a whole week and wish we could have stayed for longer!

Sa Talaia Blanca is located in a renovated farmhouse, just a 10 minutes drive from Platja de Santa Margalida and Can Picafort. There are only 11 apartments, so the feeling of intimacy and calm is always guaranteed. For example during our stay there were only 6 other guests. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts, Gabriel & Marga, are really friendly and always willing to help. The pool area is really nice surrounded by palm trees, olive trees and bougainvilleas, the perfect place to chill and cool down after a hike or touristic route. On the grounds they also have plantations of peppers, aubergines and lemons, and some farm animals: sheep, geese, chickens... Sa Talaia Blanca is the ideal location for those seeking adventures. Many paradisiac small beaches and interesting hiking routes are available at short driving distance from Sa Talaia Blanca: Arcudia (Mirador Penya del Migdia, Platja des Coll Baix...), Pollença (Platja de Formentor, Cala Boquer...), Tramontana (Torrent de Pareis, Sa Calobra...), Betlem (Cala Na Clara), Arta (Parc Natural del Llevant, Cala Mesquida...).

There is not much to dislike about Sa Talaia Blanca. The property is exactly what I expected and you can totally trust the photos they have online. Just two small details. The apartments are quite austere. We missed some bedside lamps and specially a standing lamp in the living room (so you can create a more cozy ambience at night). Also the outdoor stairs could have better lighting, as it was a bit dark and dangerous at night.

Very peaceful and quiet environment surrounded by nature. Nice pool area. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern, the beds very comfortable. They had a BBQ area which was really good and charcoal was provided. It was fun interacting with the other guests whilst cooking! The seating area at the BBQ is lovely. The staff were really helpful, providing very clear instructions on how to enter the property. They were really quick at responding to questions.

The apartment we stayed in did not have it's own terrace/balcony and for that reason I wouldn't stay again. The shared terrace was overlooked and not great to be honest. I think the description of the property you book should be clearer as to whether or not there is a private outdoor seating area available. Many of the studios/apartments do have their own balcony/terraces and I would have enjoyed Talaia Blanca a lot more if I had stayed in one of those, as they all looked lovely. The bedroom would have benefitted from some more clothes hangers and hooks, and bedside lamps would have been nice.

Perfectly located at the north of the island, away from the city life but still 5-10 minute drive to the closest village. If you are looking for a calm place to stay with easy access to the amazing beaches and trekking paths north of the island, this is your place. When you enter the Agroturismo you feel relaxed right away. A great pool area with sun beds and palm trees, perfect for a deep after a day out site seeing. The apartment have all you need. We stay at the smaller/cheaper room which was good. Super clean. It could do with some renovations but you we didn’t stay indoors much so that was not a problem for us.

Everything was great. To be very “critical”, it would have been nice to have some more room for cloths (there wasn’t a closet). The bathroom was leaking a little so there was a constant sound of water dripping (we kept the bathroom door closed and that fixed it for us). I’m sure the owners will fix it as soon as they read this, they were very attentive:)

Good location if you want to be away from busy seaside. We stayed in a small apartment. Everything is exactly as on the photos. Nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed the barbecue area outside! Used the grill almost every day.

For us it was ok (our daughter is 3 years old) but if you have a small child 1-2 years, there are steps in the apartment. There is no air conditioner, but it's ok if you sleep with an open window.
