The hotel is close to the beach, has some restaurants around and the rooms have a balcony, which is definitely great in Summer. The breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary, local simple food. No buffet. They land us a motorbike for half a day.

One room had mold on the wall. The staff changed the room but it still had a smell of mold ... Maybe the walls are not well designed, the toilet had no windows and being so closed to the sea generates high humidity.

The staff was really friendly and nice. Room was good with a nice balcony, good shower and nice pool inside the hotel. Also you can rent a motorbike, which was great to get around Da Nang.

Staff really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Hotel is also very cool with a few extra amenities.

The staff were quite rude once I first got to the area. The laundry service managed to put a fair amount of still wet clothes in a bag causing them to mold ( not cheap clothing). When confronted on this they simply sprayed a lot of perfume on the clothes instead of trying to clean the mold. As we were packing, one of the management decided to park his yellow mercedes right in front of the bike exit. He clearly saw that customers were leaving and did nothing to show any sign of respect. We are coming back to Da Nang in a few days for a 5 day stay and we did not even consider re-booking this spot.
