We were satisfied with the apartment - enough space, all clean, enough equipment as for kitchen accessories. I personally enjoyed the bidet and the neighbours' cats we could often see on the yard downstairs. :) Also, the owner arranged dropping our luggage on our last day into the architects' office, so we didn't need to carry it all day long before our flight - many thanks for that and to Joana and Tiago who were in the office! :)

The apartment is in a great area, close to the center and the view from the bedrooms is amazing! We appreciated the small gift our host left (biscuits, milk, coffee, tea), well equipped apartment, including umbrellas to take with us, and with a lot of space! It was also very easy to find parking in that area!

Like many older buildings, the apartment had a strange smell inside, but after opening the windows and leaving some fresh air inside, it was ok.

Amazing apartment with lots of space and 5minute walk from the old center.

You need to pay for the parking on the street, every weekday from 8.am to 19.pm... But it isnt really a problem if you're travelling during the Day, beacuse you pay 1.5€ for 3h or something small like That.

Clean,spacious,comfortable apartment, very well located local amenities.

The only good thing about apartment is location (centre of Ponta Delgada); you are very close to city centre... but in some way it's also a disadvantage bcs there is no free parking near the building, the closest one is approximately 5-10mins. Window wievs are nice.

We disliked many aspects about our stay. First thing - apartment is located in old building so the smell of old wooden building mixed with fungi smell is everhwhere. Next thing - apartment was really dirty. Floor was covered with dust and small dirt particles, dishes were not washed good, we needed to do it again by ourselves. Toilet was also dirty. What was the worst - we have found a COCKROACH in one of bedrooms (picture attached). Kitchen is uncomfortable in use, washing machine is demaged (it doesn't spin the laundry after washing), also it's old and not well maintained so laundry after washing smells bad no matter how much washing agent you use. It's also difficult to sleep with windows opened - street is extremely noisy.

Great location and great support from the host. We arrived super late in Ponta Delgada but the 'virtual' check in was easy and the guidance provided by the host was very accurate. The house was big and the surroundings of the apartment were super nice.

The host, Paulo, met us on arrival, introduced us to the apartment and gave useful information and map of the town and island. Comfortable, spacious apartment. Pleasant view through palm trees towards the sea. Very good apartment facilities. Quiet area within easy walking distance of various parts of town.
