The apartmant was excuisitly amd generously equipted - beginning with kitchen, bathroom toialeteries and ending with ths fact that our host Eduardo provided us with special towels for visiting the baths at Furnas and/or Caldeira Velha. The flat is very close to the city, yet quite quiet. You can easily and safely park right next to the apartment. Add the fact that there are a lot of shops and restaurants juat around the corner and here you go with a perfect place to spend your vacation!

Perfect Location .. within walking distance to everything. Apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Very modern, beds are comfortable. Appliances are new and efficient.

Neighbors below and above .. VERY noisy children all through the day and late at night. Constantly crying and yelling, they were very disruptive. Sleeping in, napping or going to bed before 12pm was impossible due to them. Not sure if they are permanent residents or renters. The shower door leaks water on the floor, with the minimal towels given it is a bit of an annoyance.

The apartment itself was a true gem. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable and inviting space for our group. The layout was spacious and well-designed, ensuring everyone had their own privacy while still offering ample communal areas to relax and enjoy each other's company.

This is a beautiful appartment, very well situated, clean, comfortable, equipped with all you need. It feels like home away from home. And the host is one of the nicest, most thoughtful people we've met while travelling.

There's nothing we didn't like. But it is worth being informed that the water heater is smaller than what we're used to, so taking multiple showers requires a bit of planning. Nothing that causes problems, just something to keep in mind.

I loved the classiness of the property. The host is very nice and welcoming. The place was really clean and lovely. The couch and bed were both extremely comfortable. It was also really nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and do laundry in the apartment.

Lovely modern and very comfy appartment in a great neighborhood in the centre of Ponta Delgade. It had everything we needed. Also free parking space around the corner, very friendly host! Would really recommend it!
