Die Beach Villa ist eine moderne und komfortable Ferienwohnung neben dem Beach Club und dem Hauptspaziergang der Dünen im Pointe West Resort. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko. Die Lage der Wohnung, im Herzen des Pointe West Resort, ermöglicht den nächstgelegenen und bequemen Zugang zum Beach Club, Pool und Strand. Der Strand ist atemberaubend, weitläufig, regelmäßig präpariert und für den Autoverkehr gesperrt - was ihn zum perfekten Ort macht, um die Brandung zu genießen oder Sandburgen mit Ihrer Familie zu bauen. Der Beach Club ist erhöht und verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko. Neben dem Pool bietet der Club einen beheizten Whirlpool, ein Kinderplanschbecken, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Spielzimmer und einen Picknickbereich mit Gasgrills. Das Restaurant, die Bar und der Souvenirladen sind im März saisonal geöffnet. Es gibt mehr als 3 Meilen von Strand und 6 Meilen von im Resort Radwege. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich eine Feuerstelle, die perfekt ist, um ein Lagerfeuer zu machen und Marshmallows zu rösten. Nice condo includes all necessary amenities and is located on the beach. Walking distance access to beach club for a fee. The second bedroom needs light-blocking window treatments.

Just returned from a five day stay at Pointe West Resort. Alan and Joan Wilde are excellent to work with in renting their villa. They are very informative and attentive to their guests' needs. Their condo is in an ideal location in regards to the beach club and pool as well as the beach. We were there with our son and his wife and our two grandchildren, ages 4 and 1 1/2. The children's pool was great for the baby and the lazy river pool at the Sunset Beach Club was perfect for all of us! We were surprised on Friday and Saturday evenings when there were movies shown on the buildings across from ours. We could sit out on the balcony and watch movies! We certainly enjoyed our stay in the Wilde's Villa at Pointe West and would stay again.

Our family stayed in this unit for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals. Beds are comfortable and it's nice to have 2 tvs. Our toddler was enjoying her cartoons in bed after a long day at the beach while us adults were cooking and watching our own shows outside in the living room. The condo has more blankets/pillows than we would use. One thing I'd recommend is to bring trash bags! There were no trash bags in the condo, but luckily we came prepared and brought our own.
The Point West beach is nice , wide and clean. Although there were a lot of seaweeds, the water was clear. However, the last day we were there it rained and the beach was very smelly and water was very muddy. But I guess this is nature. Just know that when it rain the beach wont be as nice.
The beach club was also a nice touch. The grilling/seating area is very nice and clean. We had 2 meals there and we all enjoyed the view of the gulf. We also like the lazy river pools. It was perfect for our toddlers.
Joan and Allen were a joy to work with . They are extremely responsive and accommodating! They made sure we are informed of what we need to enjoy our trip and we did! Thank you for letting us stayed at your condo. We definitely will be back.

The condo was perfect and so was the stay! Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool. I would highly recommend this condo and Pointe West!

We stayed in this condo for one week with our children. The condo was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space and had the ideal location in the complex - easy to get to the pool and to the beach, but still quiet. Our kids had a great time - loved swimming, playing pool in the "teen room", flying kites, riding their bikes, and making smores in the charcoal bbq. We highly recommend this condo!!

After a friend suggested Pointe West, the offerings and quietness appealed to me for a mother-daughter trip. We enjoyed the games and puzzles, the fully stocked kitchen to cook/bake, and the comfortable beds, sitting, lounging spaces. We enjoyed the available beach items in the storage unit as well. Overall, a very nice stay!

The condo and resort property were absolutely beautiful! The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston, but still close enough for us to be able to enjoy all the restaurants and attractions. The unit was very well maintained and there was plenty of space for my daughter and I. The Beach Club was great and the pool was very refreshing and clean. The elevator was a little iffy but we were advised before checking in. We will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Property is as described and the owners are excellent at communicating. Can’t beat the location - super close to the resort office, pool, and beach. Property could use some more towels and washcloths. Other than that, we had everything we needed! Thanks for a great week!

This unit is super clean and very convenient to the club house, pool, and beach walkover. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We would absolutely stay again!

The condo was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and very roomy for the family. We were impressed at how spacious it was. Wonderful view from the living areas, balcony and primary suite. Great parking, the stairs to the condo were nice, most people wouldn't need the elevator.
It is a bit far from stores, we should have planned our food shopping better.
We needed a bit more clarity on purchasing the villa wristbands. If you want to swim in the pool, then get them.
We asked Joan if she could move our stay up one day and she worked all that out for us beautifully.
We would recommend this place!

It was perfect. We loved the condo and the beach club nextdoor was a plus. We also took advantage of the beach club down the street. Access to the beach was so convenient and we definitely had fun crab hunting in the evening. We all enjoyed the entire experience.

The location of this villa is absolutely incredible since it’s so close to the beach and right next to the Beach Club! The homeowners were easy to contact when needed. They also provide extras like a wagon, 2 bodyboards & sand toys to take to the beach. In addition, before our stay, they sent us information about beach rentals, nearby restaurants & important phone numbers to contact if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our first family beach vacation & can’t wait to return next summer!

Very comfortable condo next to the Beach Club pool easy walking distance to the beach and everything you need for the beach. We'd brought a canopy but then saw the much better ones you can rent, so we did that and it was so nice to take the wagon with our lunch and boogie boards and the canopy and lounge chairs were all set up for us. Very relaxing! Nice ocean view from the balcony which stays shaded all day!

The property was beautiful! It was very well furnished. Right next door to the beach club. We were a little sad that the restaurant at the club was closed but we still had a wonderful time! We had great communication with Joan and Alan. This will definitely be our yearly vacation spot!

The location of this condo is perfect within Pointe West. Literally next to the beach club pool and the beach walkway. It is a hike to the beach so at least being so close helps. The owners also provide a wagon which is a lifesaver. The condo is exactly how it is described with a great view of the courtyard area/ firepit and ocean. It will be amazing once the beach club re-opens the restaurant and bar. They are both under construction, which puts a damper on the main pool, since no alcohol can be brought into the pool area. The owners are very helpful and definitely take pride in and care for their condo. They were immediately responsive to any issues, which is not always the case for rentals.

While again the property was fine I would NOT say it went above expectations. Beach chairs are just fold out chairs that you take to your kids games. Restaurant/bar was not open as advertised. Per management it never opens until Memorial Day weekend which was not communicated.

We had a nice relaxing weekend stay. The condo was kept in a clean and orderly manner. The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space for items with brought with us. The provided wagon was useful in carrying chairs, coolers and towels to the beach as the walk was definitely a heart healthy trek. The pool and hot tub was really nice. The beach was exceptionally clean and worth the walk to it. Very nice stay. It's on my future list.

Great secluded condo with an impressive exterior. Located at the very end of the island. This is the perfect place if you want a private beach, nice pool, and if you like to cook. My only complaint is that the beach club employees were rude, and the pool bathrooms were not open.

Had a great time. Our stay was very nice. I wish our code to the pool had worked the whole time we were there it stopped working on the 12th and we were not around when the office was so it was kind of a waste of $10 per person since we didn't use it at all due to weather and code not working. Other than that it was a super nice stay. I would book again for sure. Short walk to the beach and plenty of local food places to eat. Great food at all of them.
