The host is very responsive to any issues. The view of the Gulf is unobstructed and beautiful. The room is conveniently right next to the beach house. The host and staff is extremely helpful in making the guests aware of all amenities available during the stay. We utilized the poolside bar and waiting staff and they were consistently walking around and checking on guests. The only feedback is that the lazy river at the sunset pool is underwhelming. Very small and narrow. Otherwise this is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool for a vacation!

The condo needs to be updated and repairs made in several areas. Furniture was outdated. Television only offered a limited number of cable channels with no option for streaming. Bathrooms have seen better days.
