The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful! They provided a map and directions on must-see places.

Don't judge this property by the outside appearance of the block it is in. The interior of the property is beautifully renovated. It is very close to the Central Station and many bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.
The property is on the second floor, but there is a lift.

Clean modern bathroom. Great helpful staff.
EXCELLENT coffee for breakfast (and on arrival).
Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was called nice surprise.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Garibaldi Station, and the staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. Breakfast was decent, although the coffee could definitely be improved.
On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very pleasant, especially in the evening. The room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to mask other odors. Opening the window towards the inner courtyard brought in the smell of garbage. The room would benefit from renovation, the bathroom door appeared to be only temporarily fixed, and the air conditioning unit was installed directly above the head of the bed, making it uncomfortable to use while sleeping.

"Das beste B&B in Neapel. Aldo ist einfach mehr als Perfekt.
Ankommen - und man/frau ist auf Urlaub.
Frühstück ist Italienisch, aber vollkommen ok (frisches Obst aus dem Garten, was will man mehr:)
