Mrs Banks Hotel

Absolutely the best location. Well presented with some extra little touches for guests. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Mrs Banks will remain as my accommodation option when I next visit Sydney.

Nothing to dislike

Mrs Banks Hotel was wonderful. So comfortable & beautifully appointed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even gave us a little background info on the buildings history. We stayed in a king suite which was extremely comfortable. The bed & pillows were great. The separate lounge room was great for me to have a cuppa & watch tv while my partner slept in. I asked for an early check in & they were very happy to accommodate me. We really enjoyed our stay & plan to stay again.

Nothing

Awesome location for everything we needed for our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to check us in early after our early flight. We found the beds really comfortable and loved the filtered water and fruit in the lobby.

There wasn't much to criticise. Maybe that the light came in from the hallway under the door but I just put a cushion there to block it as I'm quite affected by light when I sleep.

Great size room, comfy bed, good size bathroom with nice water pressure.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Bin hadn’t been emptied since last guest, bathroom ceiling had mould, mould in shower grout, toilet seat was wet.
