The location was a perfect central base to see everything we needed to see. The room was requested with a view which was not an issue from the staff.

The service on arrival in regards to check in and luggage being sent to the rooms was not ideal. The room had stored rubbish piled up outside the front door of the room and the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch for the price. Amenities were not great with the shower temperature and pressure not working, the toilet seat was broken and the tap in the bathroom was leaking. My partner has a phobia of cockroaches and the outside back balcony was infested with them underneath the tiles which come out at night.

Location was amazing, and we even got upgraded to a harbor suite which was a huge bonus. I must say the pillows were amazing! Would you be able to tell me what brand. I've never slept so good when away from home. I will be coming back IN November and already look forward to my stay.

Sadly the water from the shower would end up outside even with all the doors closed. The seal was not doing its job and in one bathroom the door would not close.

Some of the bedrooms were very small with little room for luggage. We also had to ask the staff for fresh towels three times before we got them, as there was no housekeeping

Poorly run from higher level of management resulting in facilities not up to standard. Air conditioner not working and took a long time to resolve ultimately impacting on our stay.

Loved the location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Room was very spacious and clean.

Bedroom was a bit small, made it hard to get in/ out of bed on the wardrobe side with no bedside on that side.

When my wife and I arrived there was two single beds , not a king bed , so that had to be changed , and when it was changed it was short sheeted and when we came back later we realised there was no milk for tea and had to ring reception. For the price of the room I would expect that you could have more than one English breakfast tea each but there was only 2 teabags of each flavour

The easy checkin process and being able to check in earlier was a great help to me. The facilities are great. Location was fabulous would have liked to have stayed longer.

The room was a big disappointment as it appears to be a handicapped suite with a less than attractive bathroom and no balcony as it was on carpark 1 level.

Stylish and modern room. Plenty of amenities and was able to use the in-room cook-top and oven to cook up a decent meal while we stayed. Spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very convenient location, in close proximity to public transport, the Westfield shopping complex and several food venues.

We stayed in one of the loft apartments, and unfortunately the street noise was fairly prominent of a night time - though this seemed more pronounced on the Saturday night we stayed. We noticed it less on the Sunday and hardly at all on the Monday. This is a fairly minor issue though.

Bij aankomst ('s avonds) : koelkast vuil (plakkerig en haar) , grote spiegel vuil, lampen stuk, douchedeur : gevaarlijk want twee hoeken glas raakten mekaar hoe het niet hoort. Bij melding, geen nieuwe kamer of upgrade, enkel korting van 10% op eerste nacht. Van de vriendelijke nachtwaker kregen we wel een fles schuimwijn die 1e avond, en hij ging zorgen voor tegemoetkoming.

Le bruit d'une porte qui claque jour et nuit. Vendredi 24 vers 7h j'ai demandé à l'agent de sécurité de commander une navette pour le départ du 27, le message n'est pas passé. Je l'ai constaté le samedi 25 à l'accueil.

After driving from Brisbane all we wanted to do is check in & sleep.But as we entered the room there was a strong odour (damp, wet smell) there was water damage roof & walls. Then to top it of it was so noisy in our room due to drilling & banging as they were doing work on the left.I spoke to reception about the problem & they said they would get managerment to contact me asap.2hrs later still no contact from management, had to explain my situation again to a different management. It wasn't until the next morning with a different manger again (3) we got moved to a different room. SO disappointing & stressful as I feel I spent the 24hrs waiting & explaining myself with no action taken, plus I was staying in a smelly room, not very comfortable at all.

Really lovely hotel we asked for a room on a high floor and that’s exactly what we got, had the most amazing views of Sydney from our room! The train and bus station is directly below the hotel which was amazing and also got Westfield shopping Center across the road, couldn’t ask for more really
