No ‘city view’! Looked out to a quadrangle of flats. Poorly equipped kitchen. Need to take dw tablets, t towels, more loo paper. NOTHING in kitchen like salt/pepper left. Disappointing but the bed was comfortable! Slightly misleading re distance from old town and beach, but was quiet with easy entry. Bit of a walk for family with kids to get to the property from picking up keys (dragging luggage). Convenient for mainline station and buses

Appartement cosy et très confortable, proche de tout! Le Mercado juste à côté a été très apprécié. C’était très calme dans l’édifice. Le personnel a été très gentil et accommodant .

No avía tenedores , ni cucharas , ni cuchillos, suerte que hemos tenido tres cucharitas y hemos tenido un bizcocho redondo y lo hemos cortado con una tijera. Avía una cafetera que se utilizan capsulas de café pero las capsulas no valían para esta cafetera .
Acceso a la piscina nada aunque nos a dicho que hay unas puertas de acceso pero no los hemos visto , y como nos quedamos 3 días al final casi no la necesitamos.
La playa 30 min andando , un poco incomodo. pero bueno así veíamos todo el puerto porque iba por la Playa Malagueta

Quality flat, modern clean and nothing missing. A place where to live.
I would mention only one weak spot, the collection of the property keys at a different address. For a person like me arriving from a 10 hour airplane trip, tired and on a taxi, is not a comfortable way to start your stay.
Nevertheless, the flat remains a great one.

The apartment was spacious, well maintained,with a terrace & well equipped kitchen. I liked having two bathrooms, especially one with a bathtub. There were plenty shops & restaurants nearby.
It would be great to have been supplied with towels for the pool area & access to a seated area at the pool.

Convenient location but bit far from beaches.
Disappointed that no kitchen provisions provided - eg, Oil, Salt, sugar etc also cleaning tablets for dishwasher and w/machine. Also no cleaning / sink cloths. And no spare rubbish bags.
It was a shame. Most other places I have stayed provide all of these and even more provisions - often left by previous guests - and these are welcome and useful.
It's su ch a lovely flat it seemed rather mean not to have them there when we arrived.
We left some water,oil and olives plus cleaning cloths when we left. I hope these have been left for future guests.
One other thing which I raised with reception while staying. There are no English language TV channels. I was told it is difficult as it is provided by cable - but other places have cable and include some English news channels - eg BBC world, CNN, Euronews etc so it cannot be so dfficult to do.
A few small maintenance points:
- The lamp in the lounge did not work. Is it the plug`?
- A cupboard under the TV has a front leg damaged - it. is pushed out of place and needs checking.
- The sink in the second bathroom drains very slowly - it may be partially blocked.
- The door to the terrace didn't seem to close locked properly ... It may need checking.

Comfort and facilities in the very modern apartment.
Convenience of the residents only pool.
Quiet location, but easily reached and close to main town centre.
No recycling bins inside the apartment.
Floors were dusty, hair balls and with globdules of something. May not have been cleaners fault as hoover in apartment had poor suction.

very modern well equipped apartment
we chose this as it was near the train and bus station but then we realised we had to collect keys at an office which was a taxi ride away this was inconvenient . Also it was quite a walk to the beach from here

When we arrived in app, it was dirty, full of dust, everywhere, i had to clean ! Toilet discusting dirty, dust like nobody cleaned for month, carper full od stain, under the carpet uff...better not to write..
The only good thing was that the place is quiet, close to center.

Everything so easy to get around and so much to do

Very nice apartment close to Malaga city centre, well furnished for up to 4 people, with pool (very cold in Sep, not heated) during summer season, quite and safe neighborhood, very close to metro/bus/train station and many shops, sights. Highly appreciated there are external blinds so that you can have total darkness in each bedroom. Airconditioning is working very well and there are also fans in each room. Javier is a very welcoming guest (although first response on the provided number was that it is wrong one).
The apartment is rather small, for me and my 4 year old daughter was just fine, however there are many things which might surprise you. There is a TV, but you need to setup Wi-Fi and wait each time about 5 min until you can fully use it. There are no proper wine glasses, there is a Nespresso machine, however, you have to buy capsules yourself as well as paper towels or bin plastic bags for garbage, grease is dripping from the hood, a bit of sewage smell in bathroom, no extra towels even for 5 days stay, no salt or pepper if you want to cook (I have bought it for future guests), a lot of dust/hair on legs of tables/chairs etc. A bit of fine tuning and the apartment will be excellet choice.

The apartment is new, it is located near the old city and a shopping center. It is spacious, it has two bathrooms and a nice terrace. It was clean. The person who met us was very kind and helpful. An advantage is the parking on the basement.
There are problems with the hot water, the wall between bedrooms is not soundproofed, you cand easily hear the discussion from the other bedroom.
