El personal muy amable como suele ser en este país al completo, tuve una queja y fue solucionada.

El mobiliario necesita un cambio urgente, muchas cosas medio rotas o rotas enteras. Había bichos colgado del techo a mí llegada, lo comunique y limpiaron pero ya te deja mal cuerpo, y la cerradura iba mal. Por el precio aceptable pero no sé si era por ir solo dos personas o si en caso de usarse los dos cuartos dobles el precio cambiaría. Sino cambia es buena opción, creo que mi habitación era la última y quizás es la de peor estado

Kanapa w salonie bardzo poplamiona , przydałby się jakaś chociaż narzuta by to zakryć

Un grand appartement bien équipé avec un grand balcon. Les produits de douche sont renouvelés en quantité ainsi que les dosettes thé/café. Proche de Bangla road. La vue sur Patong. Les 2 grands lits. La grande piscine.

Un des lits était confortable. Le matelas de l'autre une planche de bois...

Super Lage und echt groß. Betten waren sehr bequem. Tolle Aussicht.

Hätte mal gründlich geputzt werden müssen. Und ein wenig abgewohnt.

Das Zimmer entsprach gar nicht den Fotos; es war deutlich kleiner und das Mobiliar machte einen uralten Eindruck und war unappetitlich abgegriffen. Das Badezimmer war teilweise nicht verputzt, sodass die Rohrinstallationen samt dahinter liegendem Hohlraum wie in einem Rohbau sichtbar waren. Ebenfalls sehr unappetitlich. Dazu war der Wasserdruck der Dusche extrem schwach.

Clean and comfortable room. Great view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was a quick walk to the top things to do in Patong. Great value for money.

Location is good. Hotel pool was nice. Beds are comfortable

Apartment is nothing like the pictures. We didn't get the room we reserved 6 months prior. Reception lady in very bad English told us that we can get another hotel if we don't like the room. The air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and they didn't fix it for 6 nights we stayed. The were no window In the living room,so it was very dark most of the time. Some times the was a very bad sewerage smell in the bathroom .
