no WiFi was a bit of a shock for the amount paid for this accommodation. Car parking by the neighbours needs to be better marked out. it was quite difficult to get out of the driveway.

Gas heater stopped working on day 4 and there were only 3 dinner plates

Thank you for hosting our family in such a gorgeous location! From the gorgeous accommodation to the amazing setting, we could not have asked for a better holiday!

The weather on the last day, although that didn't stop our family from hosting a family of ducks on the deck!

There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail. There was more than expected essentials in the way of dishes, glasses, wine glasses etc

I absolutely loved the restaurant, Cuisine, and the staff there were absolutely lovely and accommodating towards me. I made a booking for the first night and it was so good I asked to come back. It was looking fully booked out, however, the staff accommodated me and I couldn’t have been more grateful to enjoy a beautiful meal in a stunning setting after a 27km hike. I loved that despite it was a resort it didn’t feel crowded. The chalet felt private and secluded from others. It was amazing to have kangaroos literally visit my chalet doorstep. They were tame and very photogenic. I liked the sleek and minimalist design of the chalet. It was very clear and modern vogue style. The woman at the activity desk was awesome as she advised me the best way to tackle Mt Kosciuszko via Charlottes Pass and to start off walking down to the river first as that’s the hardest section.

The chalet parking for me was so hard to reverse out of the steep and bended driveway, especially with other cars parked close by so I ended up parking on the road once I got out the first time. Wondering why such limited indoor pool opening times?

The position of the property was perfect. Backing onto the lake with ducks, mist on the water of a morning was incredible. The property was very comfortable, modern and had everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be staying there again if available and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a superb and relaxing location, the view is breath taking and the property provides free activities such as kayaking and archery which was very enjoyable

there was a coffee maker but no coffee.
