This unique setting enables you to completely destress and recharge. We LOVED our suite and the fact that we had access to the gorgeous lounge and kitchen area was a great bonus.. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation and you really do feel as if you are in a tranquil forest oasis. We treated ourselves to a couples spa massage and we were pampered beyond our expectations. Beautiful outdoor Spa overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our host Warren was just amazing and when we encountered a few unforseen setbacks, he rushed to the rescue to ensure our stay was as pleasant and perfect as possible. We can highly recommend this guesthouse as a romantic getaway. The food, the surroundings and the fantastic service all contributed towards our wonderful stay. Special thank you also to the very talented Josephine for her brilliant breakfasts and superb pasta lunch after our Spa treatment .

The staff were incredible, they helped us every way possible and really made the stay, along with the two kittens. Our room was beautiful and so was the whole place.

That we didn't have a "real" door to the bedroom. I felt like I didn't get my privacy. It would have also been nice to have the bed made every day.

Booking and the communication by Warren and later Louise were on pointe! We glided through everything: from booking us a table at Ville Villakula for supper, right through to location pins, welcoming drink, information, lovely matrass and room, and wonderful breakfast and lunch by Josephine as well as excellent spa staff Abongile and Gertrude!

It didnt impact on our experience, but the lovely facility needs some maintenance to its exterior.( my husband saw that the plants in the pots needed water, the woodwork needed varnish, etc) His hands itch!

Exclusivity with only two bedrooms and with an open lounge setting with a great view over the valley makes it feel like you are in Bali in your second home. Add wooden floors, a bathroom with a skylight and a super Comfortable bed and one of the tastiest breakfast’s ever served by friendly staff, topped off with a massage, provided a great experience.

Although the shower in the bath had great pressure, it is a bit difficult getting in…perhaps a railing should be installed. A bit akward needing to wear slippers in the house for us city folk, but it fits in perfectly with the whole Bali/Asian vibe where you have to show respect by leaving your shoes at the door.

Only minus point is the location and especially driving back in the evening, one doesnt feel too safe on the road in the middle of nowhere. At the same time, the location makes it very quiet and close to nature.

Absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The scenery and ambience was beautiful and intimate. The interior and decor was spot on and well-picked. The spa facilities and wellness packages are super relaxing.

Beautiful property with kind and thoughtful staff. I especially enjoyed the fireplace which the staff ensure was going when we returned from dinner in the evenings. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Massages were a treat.

Very well appointed accommodation with lovely staff, beautiful view and comfortable rooms. The gardens and public areas were cosy with a constantly tended fire.

Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the basin did not drain efficiently.

The place only has two rooms which it’s letting and during our stay we were the only guests, which basically meant that we had an entire villa with a beautiful garden for ourselves. The staff is super friendly, helpful and the food is great. We had a massage as well and it was really amazing and relaxed.

The pictures don't it justice, this is the dream booking. MAKE SURE you book dinner with Josephine, you will be missing out if you don't. She made our evenings and could easily have her own recipe book and her own restaurant. It's like having your own private chef at a 5 star in a your dream tropical villa Louise and Warren are full of joy and make you feel at home. Home it is, this amazing property is yours for the entirety. If you get the chance to stay here do so, and make sure you include dinner!!! OH And by the way this is a spa, my partner and I enjoyed the foot scrub and hour full body, cannot praise the staff enough the whole experience was fantastic When we return we will be coming back Special experience

It is beautiful there, serene. The breakfast was great, the privacy was nice, the staff friendly. There truly is nothing negative to say. I hope to return soon.

There really was nothing nót to like.

The massage therapist where incredible! One of the best massages I have ever had. Our room was very comfortable and cozy. We loved having the space to ourselves for the night, sitting by the fire. The view and nature was so lovely. I loved the treatment room, that was so beautiful and cozy.

The food was slightly underwhelming. I feel the offering could be a higher standard and served in a classier way. The breakfast was very greasy and could be a lot more fresh and suited to a spa offering. The dinner was ok, the lamb was completely over cooked and our desert was still frozen as if it was in the freezer. This meal could have been a lot more special. I would give a little more attention to guests arriving and offering to take luggage to the rooms, or offering something to drink, etc. It was a little casual and you do expect a certain quality when arriving at a luxury spa. The outdoor area felt like it was a bit run down and needed a revamp. Small attention to detail was lacking.

We absolutely loved everything as we wanted a quiet peaceful weekend - from the fireplace with lovely books and artworks all around, the stunning breakfast exactly to our requirements to the little white rabbit hopping around in our garden. The best for us was to meet Josephine - an extraordinary person. Ten stars for you - your friendliness, your professionalism, your advice around the hiking trails and your lovely chats made our trip an experience to remember. And we both agree that we had NEVER had such a good massage - NEVER!

Nothing we did not like but will you allow me to give a few helpful tips to make it faultless: When booking make very sure that people know that you are completely off the grid and just MIGHT experience some shortages Please place a rubber mat in the bath - when you shower it is extremely slippery and might cause an accident especially for us elderly ones And on very cold nights heat up the plates for dinner - the food was excellent but gone cold in our cold plates a minute after we dished up. Will definitely recommend this as one of the very best stays.

We combined the half day couples Spa package with an overnight stay. The treatments were top notch, the accommodation comfortable, the surroundings peaceful and the food delicious.
