The apartment was nice and clean and all the facilities were spot on and great location, local amenities were in walking distance

Location is great and the place was clean and comfortable

It says up to 6 people but it's really small for 6 people. 1 of the beds is really small. Kitchen is all equiped but there is no minimal stuff to cook .

Property was as described. It was clean and had all the facilities required for a short stay. Close to Earls Court.

- Good location. - 24h Tesco's close by. - Full kitchen with appliances. - Landlord was there to show the property off, and handover the keys. - Spacious.

- Photos make you think you will stay in the main house, but the apartment is in the basement. - The house above had a party until 5 am, so we could not sleep properly - Announce says it accommodates 6 people, however, only 4 could sleep comfortably. - The shower in the main room was leaking, so was flooding the bathroom, and therefore could not be used. - We tried to use the oven, and end up with no electricity. Contact the landlord, but had to fix it myself. - Accommodation wasn't 100% clean. - We had to hand over £300 for deposit through my credit card, which is fair, but I had to keep chasing the landlord to get the money back for 4 weeks, more time than what was agreed.

Clean and ease of entry.

They don't mention a £300 deposit until after the booking is confirmed. One of us left the accommodation after the check out time meaning the cleaner couldn't do their job & they charged us £50 which is fair, however, after being told to take our time, they went on to proceed and say they're taking the rest of the deposit (£250) and we can stay another night. We did not agree on that nor did we stay another night. Booking.com tried to get in contact with them however they were unreachable. This booking was in November, I've held it out til not to write a review just incase they would get back to me about returning my money & they have not, so unfortunately this is the outcome.

Hygiene, the property was very clean and well managed!
