Great location in one of the best regions in Izmir. The appartments are well equipped and offer all kinds of amenities. The host is very amiable and speaks English, so the communication is very easy.

The location is close to the metro, the shopping area and the sea front. Very clean, very comfortable! The host, Teslime, does everything to make her guests welcomed and feel ar home! Highly recommended!

Excellent nice places

Teslime is very helpful host and overall a great person. The apartment is clean, comfortable and taken good care of. A balcony is very nice. Apartment is very cozy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. It felt great living there, I would 100% recommend this to my friends. One of the best places I ever stayed at, all things considered.

Convenient location: within a walking distance to Charshi (pedestrian streets with shops, plenty of cafes and restourants), Izban station (Izmir's suburban train line), Iskele (a ferry terminal from where you can easily get to opposite coast of the city in 15-20 minutes, having a pleasant sea trip), bus and tram stops. The apartment has all essentials needed for a long stay. Many thanks to the owner Teslime khanoom, she is very nice, helping woman, she gave us suggestions about places worth visiting, helped us with kargo, with departing... You will feel like home if choose this place.

The owner was exceedingly nice and welcoming! She spoke English fluently & gave us great advice about where to visit and how to arrange our transportation. Suggested a currency exchange that offered a very reasonable rate and answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. The house was absolutely clean! I stayed with my family (including an OCD mom :D) and everyone was pleased with how clean the apartment, rooms, and everything was.
