Heel mooie kamers, uitzicht op zee!
Locatie is 15 min van saat kulesi, maar ‘s nachts redelijk louche straten…
Eerste dag waren ze toiletpapier vergeten… achteraf vroegen we nog eens om toiletpapier om het maar twee dagen later te krijgen

The only thing this hotel has is a view and nothing else.
The place and everything were very old and dirty even mattresses were so old and uncomfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! The beautiful terrace with a view over Izmir's bay was a true highlight. The staff were exceptional, they made us feel welcome and their fluent English (a rarity during our travels in Turkey) made our experience even more enjoyable. The city centre is just 15-20 walk away.
The hotel is located on top of a hill, which makes it perfect for the view, but the walk back from the city centre might be challenging for some people. It wasn't a problem for us in any case.

The staff was really accomodating and the hostess was really attentive to our every need. The communication before and during our stay was simless. We were able to leave our luggage there the next day to explore, with no issue and the reception services were a bonus we didn't except. The view was spectacular and the apartment was so well preserved. A wonderfull mix between modern and new. One of the best places I have stayed in Turkey!
The rooftop was supposed to be at the disposal of the guests, but it was recently converted into a bar. Nice idea as the view is amazing, and something a lot of hotels take advantage of. I would prefer though, if it was mentioned beforehand.

It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to, with a beautiful sunset view, nice vibes of furniture , it has a terrace that turns into a bar at night.

Great view, location close to the centre, house with the history and heritage, nice terrace. Thanks for the tea and water provided.
No shops or restaurants nearby, so you need to order food from outside. Building is located on the hill, so you need to walk up and down the stairs, which is not comfortable with the babycot. Interior is nice, but it would be good to clean the bathroom better (there was black mould).

The bathroom was tiny and old. The facilities in general were old. It was on third floor without lift.

Really enjoyed the City Break. Superb hosts....extremely helpful and accommodating. Accommodation was very clean and close to central area...15 mins approx. Super views over the City from the balcony and roof terrace. Izmir has excellent public transport facilities...buses, trams, ferries and underground.
Not that we didn't like it, but it's quite a steep, hilly area around the accommodation so we used the plentiful buses rather than walking.

The bed was not very comfortable. The location at the top of a hill was difficult to reach via walking.

the view from the window is really amazing. It has everything we need in the room. The lady who welcomed us is awesome. She even prepared cake for us.
All in all, I enjoyed the stay.
In order to get to the rooftop terrance, you have to pass by the balcony of the penthouse, which is awkward because you have to bother and communicate those guests in penthouse.

We loved the apartment - very comfortable and spacious. Really nice place to stay! It made our stay very enjoyable and loved being able to cook and relax in the evening.
Luckily we are quite fit so getting up the steep hills wasn't a problem, but location would be challenging for anyone who isn't a good walker.

Breathtaking view from our room and rooftop! Apartment is big and cozy. Host is very helpful and answered all questions quickly.
Apartment has very basic dish set. Parking could be an issue. But host made video call with us to help to find the parking spot. Even though it was already after 7pm. She was very supportive!

Bathroom cleanliness was really bad. Just because an apartment is old doesn't mean it has to be filthy. It was as if the places had never been wiped. The entrance to the apartment was bad.

Nice location. Good view. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Decently equipped apartment. Helpful staff, even getting us a wine opener when we needed one. Washing machine available in staff office but made available to guests.
