Location was great. House is a great layout and would be amazing if in good condition.
The house was for sale and there was uncertainty about how and when viewings could take place. Staff would not accept booking when we asked who would be liable if something happened our stuff during the viewings. They did not confirm our booking until we were outside and accepted no answer to who was liable.
There were then issues with being provided with the access code for the gate.
Fridge sounded like a jet which was an issue when it’s open plan with a mezzanine bedroom making it hard to sleep. The fridge did not function being marginally below room temperature. One of the balcony doors also leaked and a door handle was falling off.

Location, style, space
No hot water for the duration of the stay, an attempt was made to fix this but it failed.
Broken kitchen cupboard door, leaking fridge, generally tired decoration, not particularly clean, lots of cobwebs on the balcony, confusion over the key arrangements, having to download an app to get in , but we didn’t need it.

The only feature of this property that stands out is the location, which is within 5 minutes walking distance of Bath town centre. There is a rather pleasant view of the river but as that is from a window at the foot of the stairs any chair would block access so you have to choose to stand and look out. Good for a young family or a large party of guests as a basecamp to explore Bath.
The entire stay was a disaster. Communication with the managing agents was dire - entirely one-way. We arrived not knowing that there was no hot water and no heating - something that the agents already knew. I spent 1.5 hours attempting to restart the boiler until I realised the circuit breaker was tripping each time I switched it on. An electrician had been pre-arranged to call but he arrived with no warning in the middle of a client meeting, and I was unable to let him in. He never returned. Repeated attempts to contact the agents met with deaf silence and the only response was an automated message that they were "talking to their colleagues". The agents were clearly managing this from the Philippines. The result was five days with no hot water, no heating!
The property has clearly seen better days, the photos do not reflect the property. It feels like a youth hostel. There is a large round glass table and six cheap Ikea plastic bucket chairs - all of which are in various states of breaking. There is not a single comfortable armchair (or in fact any comfortable chair) and the sofa has seen much better days. Everything is scratched, scuffed, tired and extremely worn.
This property is bare minimum, spartan & utilitarian. Not a single toilet roll holder, not a single towel rail. The bath has no plug, the upstairs en-suite is a wet-room that does not drain - so you sleep next to a damp room which makes using the toilet require drying your feet. The Nespresso has a box of caramel-coffee of a type three sizes too big, clearly for a different machine. Even the cheap Ikea salt & pepper set were unusable as the staff had refilled with course ground seasoning. The fridge was leaking needing defrosting and the doors have black mould.

Location was good. Property was well protected for infants
We had no hot water, check in is a 5 step process and very slow communication with emails and the call centre. Once contacted about issue we never got an update on what was happening

Location off Walcott Street was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.
No hot water for the entire stay. We could not have a bath, or shower. We understand that this was known about before we checked in, but we were not informed and were offered no assistance to sort out the problem. Locked out of the property complex when we returned from dinner. One of our kids had to climb over a wall to help us get back in. No manual with the property to tell us about gates being locked, or how to get back in,

Location was great , lovely view of the river , property just in need of a little tlc
Electronic entrance for those on roaming does not wk well, n first person called to help couldnt tell me someone was meant to call back as keybox number in orginal instruction was incoreect , no call back so had to call second time .
Property had no hot water as fuse for heating keep tripping so nil hot water for 2 days ,cold showers not apppreciatdd and lower showers back up with water quickly so drains need a clean out.
Outside area needs a clean up more spoderwebs than some might want to sit with .
Could be a fantastic site as very cool little unit just needs some general maintenance done .

good location
looking a bit tired, one of the kitchen doors was broken / hanging off. dirty plates in the cupboard, dirty / unclean pans put away. main issue was the boiler not working and tripping the electrics with no hot water.

It was a good location
We had no heat and no hot water at all so six people no hot showers the outside area wasn't clean had to clean it ourselves to use it the parking space was obstructed by workmen doing work on the outside of our apartment really the place wasn't fit for purpose at the time of our stay shouldn't be taking people's money if you can't provide proper service not cheap at £600

Nicely appointed apartment with 3 beds, 3 bathrooms and facilities.
No hot water. Boiler was broken for whole of 3 night stay.
Convoluted approval process to check in requiring sending IDs, selfies.

The property could have been marked better to simplify locating same.

We loved the Riverside location. Right in centre of Bath. Felt really safe and secluded. Lovely spacious modern home. Didn't want to leave.
We used the key in the lockbox and not the Klevio app. Seemed to work better.

It was a lovely apartment in a great position to explore Bath. Good to have a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space. Having the outdoor area was a bonus, nice place to sit and have a glass of wine looking down on the river
Our main worry was how to access the property as many of the reviews mentioned the difficulties in gaining access. We expected a battle and unfortunately we weren’t disappointed! Gaining access to the property via the app was very difficult and stressful. Bearing in mind how many previous guests have had problems we were surprised that nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I would love to stay at the property again but wouldn’t consider it until changes had been made to the access arrangements

the apartment is as cozy as shown in the photos. all the kitchenware are ready to use. the living room, the terrace, the bath rooms are very good. the rooms on ground floor are fine but the one on the top is without airflow. the view from windows is good, you can see the avon river. walkable distance to the train station and city center.
a bit difficult to find the entrance of the apartment if you arrive at night.

The location and cleanliness
The electronic key never worked the first time we had to try at least 5 times. Both the showers down stairs did not drain the water out so had to stop and start the water so that it wouldn't flood. The beds were so uncomfortable!

Good location near the downtown area, grocery, and restaurants. Good to have the 3 bathrooms.
The initial process for registration was cumbersome. Outside has no curb appeal. Would have liked a shelf or shower caddy for the bathroom in the loft.

The location was incredible mins away from Bath city centre shops, and all the attractions. The Chalet was situated by river it was exciting to watch the activity on the river. A magnificent location.
It would be good to have a broom with dust pan/brush to clean up after ourselves. One cupboard door did not close properly. There was no where to put rubbish. The mezzanine bath could do with up dating a hook to hang up clothes. Extra bin bags

The view to the river
The heat due to the weather. It has no air conditioning. My kids slept poorly on the top floor due to heat or if opened the window due to mosquitoes and sound of guls.
The shower in main room needs renewal.

Very clean, lots of space.
Self check in was very complex. I am very tech savvy and travel extensively. Unlocking our apartment required a PIN number to enter the gate, and then downloading an app, setting up a complex account, and receiving a password code from the manager to open the front door…and lots of help from the property management company call center. About an hour to enter the apartment. it doesn’t need to be that complex.

The living area wasn’t properly cleaned ahead of our arrival. Sofa was dirty, underneath sofa unswept and cobwebs all over the exterior of the premises and every window.

Location great, lovely to overlook the river. Living area comfortable. Big outside verandah. Two nice restaurants at top of Stoneyard. Airy and spacious. Shampoos etc a nice touch. Easy walking distance into town and Waitrose!!
No information on appliances etc or maps or local information. Hard beds. Wasn't mobile phone entry as advised. Key lock box code not known. Outside gives a poor first impression, needs a coat of paint and a cobweb sweep!!

getting in the door but the staff were lovely and helpful

The property is in a stunning location right next to the river with alder trees on the riverbank right outside. We saw kingfishers a couple of times from the window and watched the pleasure trip boats passing occasionally. The rooms are comfortable and the lounge/diner/kitchen is roomy, light and airy and well-equipped. It is great that there is a parking space right outside. The Abbey and other main attractions are within a few minutes walk, as is a Waitrose store and many places to eat.
The main problem was the keycode access to the property. On arrival we couldn't get in using the code provided on our mobile as the front door also needed a special knack, not known to us. We had to phone for help before we could get in and after a long journey stuck in traffic this was quite stressful. The following day, returning in the early hours from a family wedding, this time we found the vehicular gate to the courtyard closed. We followed the instructions but the key fob inside the property did not open the gate. There followed more phone calls in the early hours but the problem was not resolved, so we had to pay to park on a nearby street. More lengthy phone calls were needed the following morning as the gate was still shut, until eventually a different way of opening the gate was told to us. This did cause quite a bit of stress and took up quite a lot of our holiday time. I'm sure that these problems are easily resolved with better instructions and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for its wonderful location in Bath.

Delightful central Bath location with three separate bedrooms and plenty of space
Joining instructions were very unclear and seemingly written by someone who had never visited the property. Identifying the property, parking space and access (via a mandatory 'phone app) required considerable trial and error, as did using the gate fob (once we found it) and gaining access to the bin store (which was in chaos because bins had seemingly not been emptied for months). Whilst the accommodation was comfortable, it was tired and unloved, filled with rather random furniture and lacking in various kitchen items, hooks and hanging space, with other irritating (rather than disastrous) omissions which would become immediately apparent to anyone staying here for even one night. All in all the general feeling was of a property managed remotely (all contact being with a computer or people in London) rather than via any involvement from someone on the ground in Bath. This all went against the 'luxury' branding that the prices and thorough (maybe even intrusive) vetting process might have suggested.

The location was great and the space was perfect for our group.
The Klevio keyless entry was not the best as the internet connection at the property was spotty and it took a long time for the app to load.

digital key entry. Took several attempts to gain entry. main door handle loose.
some light fittings and kitchen door loose.
could do with a freshen up of paint
9.0
Central location, comfortable beds and bedding.
Shower room/ bathroom per bedroom.
The most annoying thing was the bathroom cabinet in the downstairs bathroom. The positioning of the cabinet was wrong, I nearly hit my head on it a couple of times going into the bathroom and coming out of the shower. An open shelf above the sink would be more useful and less intrusive.

Lovely property, with lots of room for our party of 6. Beds not huge but were comfortable. Well kitted kitchen and nice extras like shower gels/shampoo. Balcony area nice for the sunny days.
Door entry and exit system not great - found it quite complicated (and we’re tech savvy) and then code to exit didn’t operated key safe. Front door plate very sharp at corner, 2 of our party cut their feet - just needs fixing down better.
7.0
very light and airy, very clean and newly decorated (since earlier reviews), very comfortable. Nice view over the river from the terrace and very quiet.
No instructions for appliances or the TV, no serving bowls, and the shower trays are so slippery as to be dangerous. Mats should be provided. Also the directions were poor and using the digital key baffling at first. Nice position but not as central as I would have liked.
