Ironically, location. Excellent for relaxing..

hotel is located bit far from the city, kind of isolated, even though theres a fishing port and light house right below of hotel. not for walk to there (maybe someone like hiking? Might ok..but still)

Room cleaning schedule was not ideal.

I LOVED this hotel. The hotel has facilities that you can use (for an additional fee), a restaurant, a beautiful bakery cafe, massage chairs, and a fitness room that is free. The rooms are spacious, the bed is the perfect amount of firm and cushion, the views are amazing, and the staff are kind and entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and are likely to be back. I would not recommend this hotel to those who do not have a car or those who want to visit the major attractions of Gangneung. This area is about a 40 min drive to Gyeongpo beach (the touristy area of Gangneung).

There aren't much restaurants or cafes in the area and the hotel is away from everything. This was a great thing for us though because we wanted to be away from people and enjoy a staycation at the hotel.

We absolutely loved the view of the sea from our Queen Suite.

There was a long line for the check-in process. Perhaps, arrangements can be made for a quicker process.

Actually I didn't expect that much about tops ten. But surprisingly Tops ten turn out to be very nice. My family enjoy during our stay. Sky lounge food was tasty and reasonable. Also it has very nice spa . Swimming pool was ok. Cozy n nice view swimming pool. Aqua world name doesn't match though. We love room and good bedding. We will come back again.

I suggest House keeper could pay more attention when they clean. When I used phone it was quite dusty n I can see floor is dusty.
