It was very modern and well equipped and great location

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a balcony. The property was very well thought out. The master bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with TV. The smaller bedroom had 2 single beds and a rack whilst the sofa bed in the living room was exceptionally uncomfortable. The layout of the kitchen was amazing and everything was so straight forward to use. Staff were exceptionally accommodating to us and very easy to reach at all times and took their time to help us when we were struggling to get the access codes for the apartment. Didn’t use the balcony as much due to weather but it was very comfy and had a nice view of the park outside which was very pretty when it snowed. Also the house has floor heating so we were NEVER cold!

We enjoyed everything! I think the only thing we struggled with was the access codes and understanding which ones to use but other than that this trip and stay was perfect!

Close to the city, easy parking, easy access to apartment, very clean, comfy, home-from-home like stay. Floor is heated!

The apartment was modern and spacious, loads of room for our group of 3. The shower was lovely after being out in the cold all day, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all you need and really quiet with no road noise. I couldn’t really fault anything in it. It’s also within a walking distance to the city centre and the coast, and added bonus that the tour group buses pick you up just outside by the apartment building. Easy to access also with codes so don’t need to worry about carrying keys with you.

As mentioned I can’t think of much to fault! Lovely space to stay.

L’appartamento è stupendo, nuovo, pulito e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro…) la posizione è perfetta a 2 passi dalla fermata numero 12 dove fermano i bus per tutti i tour e a 2 passi dal centro della città. Ho adorato il fatto che non ci fosse bisogno delle chiavi per entrare in appartamento ma semplicemente di un codice. È stato bellissimo soggiornare qui!!

It was easy to find, to get in and out of. Everything needed in the apartment was easy to find. It was close to lots amenities. Clean and equipment inside were self explanatory

The place was so beautifully decorated, the technology was amazing in there, everything was so easy to use/do!! The views were absolutely amazing from every room especially the balcony, it was so lovely to sit with a hot drink on the balcony and look at the view every morning/night They also left a book on the table filled with all the information you would need to visit reykjavik, such as the best restaurants along with their price range, the cheapest to most expensive supermarkets, and all the info you would need to use things around the apartment!

Appartement en bordure du centre ville, ce qui facilite les accés en voiture et le parking ( gratuit dans les environs proches). Appartement trés confortable et bien que les contacts soient uniquement par messages, la reactivité des réponses est parfaite.

Closed to town center and walking distance to seaside. Site seeing buses pick up location just next to the apartment. The shower bath water pressure was so strong and comfortable as when you had a long day trip back for relaxing showering.

Not too bad but just a little bit confusing for our rubbish at downstairs bins area.

Excellent location, host always response quickly, clear instruction, easy key pick up, late check in available for extra charge, apartment equipment with everything with latest technology. Would stay again.

We booked for 4, couch is not really comfortable for 2 adults.

These apartments are spacious and clean, within a convenient walking distance to many downtown attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities one would need. Bathrooms were well-maintained and properly stocked. Could even see the ocean from our apartment. We'll definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

The apartment can get a little hot if you're there in the colder months and the heat doesn't have great control over temp variability. All we could do was open the windows, and unfortunately there was a sulfur smell coming from outside on some of the days, which was due to the direction of the wind. It would be great if fans could be provided for those of us who sleep on the warm side.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are well within walking distance to the City Centre and bus stops. Although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment it had everything we needed and more. The washing machine and tumble drier came in handy after a day at the thermal baths! Access to the apartment was easy and the whole building is lovely and warm. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows/bedding. Great facility for the money.

If I really had to chose something to dislike it would be the sofabed. It was uncomfortable to use as a sofa. Cushions kept slipping. We didn’t use it much, just a cuppa in the morning and before bed so not an issue for us really.

Prima uitvalsbasis: goede locatie (10/15min van de bekende winkelstraten) en dichtbij de bushaltes. Het is een ruim appartement, veel privacy, kastruimte en fijne bedden.

De hygiëne van de badkamer kon beter, kapotte plinten en inrichting keuken was basis (geen schilmesjes of andere goede messen, geen koekenpan/wokpan), basic zithoek en beschikbare handdoeken.

A modern, clean and high end apartment with everything you need, only a few minutes to the center of Reykjavík. The equipment was new and the whole furnishing looked really nice... had a nice balcony as well

We were change to another property last minute Ingolfsstræti apartments. The location is good if you want to be in the Center of the city. We had complaints but the staff refunded us some money for our inconvenience. So they were really fair.

Apartment is a bit shabby. Cracks in the wall. Old marks on the cushions. But it was clean and comfortable enough. The noise from the road is bad at night. The access is via a corridor pas the restaurant that stores food and boxes that you need to get past - not idea if there were a fire.

Fairly central position and modern. The staff to whom certain issues were reported handled it promptly and efficiently.

Little things should be considered such as providing mop for the bathroom. Also, to use microwave one had to use the steps to get to it!

The property was easy to find and access, well located a short walk into the center, clean and modern.

What ruined our stay were the directions given regarding parking. It was not made clear that parking in the recommended car park beneath the building was extremely expensive compared to parking just outside on the street. It’s charged by the hour (including overnight!) but we followed the directions given with the booking and put the car there. For 1.5 days this cost us about 60 Euros!! By comparison I’d we had parked on the street it would have been less than 10 Euros. This could have (should have) been made clear.

The apartment was modern and spacious, the location was fab, right next to bus stop 12.

Spacious apartment with all facilities provided. Location is just perfect. very close to a bus stop where most of the activities provider pass by for pickup. Also a walking distance to the city center restaurants/cafe's

It was a bit difficult to spot the building where the apartment is and to find out which entrance is for the residents. Also additional plastic bags for the dust bin were not provided.

Lovely warm apartment with nice attention to detail such as pods for the coffee machine and toiletries. The check in was easy and entry/exit keyless system great.

Very comfortable apartment and easy access to the best attractions in Reykjavik. Very nice appliances.

The floor heater for the living room did not work. I reported it to the staff and it was not fixed during our stay. Additionally, the toilet didn't work very well and was also reported. The microwave was in a cabinet that 2 of the 3 people in my group could not reach. There should have been a step stool in the apartment.
