Apartment was home from home. Cosy. Good location and a few shops down from the Bonus supermarket. I do recommend you shop here. I would stay again.

Great central location in Reykjavik. It was a short walk to everything including the tour pickup/drop off bus stop. The apartment itself was cozy and we have zero complaints.

The only (very minor) issue was that I had emailed a request for new towels and never received them.

Great location, very central. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to messages. Needed some extra pillows and towels and had an issue with tv not working and all requests were sorted very quickly.

No cleaning was provided during the week, and it was not clearly stated during the booking process that each cleaning would cost €60–€120. So we asked at least for a mop to clean the bathroom because there is no curtain or door There was also no towel change during our stay. The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which made it very difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The view from one side of the apartment was not very pleasant. The bathroom window was very old, and every time we opened or closed it, we were afraid it might break. Finally, as our flight was in the late evening, we asked if we could leave our luggage there after check-out. Unfortunately, they could not keep our luggage, which was very inconvenient and upsetting. We had to find a luggage locker ourselves, pay for it, and also pay for taxis to take us there and back. Considering the price we paid, we would have been better off staying in a hotel, even if it was not located right in the city centre. Reykjavík is a relatively small city, and it is easy to walk around, so being in the downtown area is not essential. Overall, we did not feel that the apartment offered good value for money.
