Great location right in the middle of everything.

Apartment fair very small 2nd bedroom. Living room very sparse

The hosts were super responsive and helpful and they had luggage storage when we had to check out before it was time to go to the airport.

It's an old house so you could hear everything. The upstairs neighbors were noisy but even when they tried to be quiet, you could hear every foot step.

Only fault could of left some essential like milk bread and some butter useful for late arrival

Really good location, good communication from the owner about checking in, incredibly comfortable and cosy. In a quiet part of town that is conveniently located to the main areas. Bus stops for transfers and lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfect, authentic, centrally placed apartment very aptly named the Old Charm Apartments, we just loved it and the set-up of what I guess is a slightly older building really added to the charm. The location and comfort were great, I'd probably describe the inside as cosy and warm, with great facilities and the kitchen set up with a nice coffee machine etc all exactly what we needed. We could not have asked for better as far as location went, very central, once we'd parked up on arrival we just walked everywhere. Parking was available easily and the host was really helpful and communicated very clearly and quickly with me when I asked questions. I can't fault this place and I would definitely recommend it to friends, whenever I get back to Reykjavik city I'll try to book here.

loved the setup and the location. the amenities offered in the kitchen were helpful. the beds were comfortable. felt safe

this is no reflection on our feelings of the property itself but on the second night of our stay, there were new tenants in the apartment above us who were exceptionally loud and inconsiderate at 1AM. they were running across the floor, talking and laughing very loudly. at one point, an item fell off the table due to the amount of shaking from the running across the room. this lasted until 3am.

This was a great place to stay to explore Reykjavik. Everything is within easy walking distance, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants . The apartments are well set up and comfortable. We would stay again.

All great really apart from fairly small kitchen and I didn't check whether there was a laundry as we were only there one night

Wonderful and cozy apartment which was perfect for our group of 3. Location is fantastic -- all the attractions, restaurants, and grocery shopping that Reykjavík has to offer were mere minutes away walking. Private parking in Reykjavík is hard to find, so this was a big bonus as well. Fairly priced, and all the required amenities were available. If I come back, I will stay again!

A few minor repairs are needed, but nothing that impeded our stay. I informed our host, and fully trust they will take care of it!
