Spacious and well decorated apartment for 3 adult couples. Nice outdoor courtyard. Close to tram stops. A short walk to most things.

No air conditioning.

The apartment was in an excellent location. In walking distance to great restaurants, bars and the river Tagus. Trams pass by the top and bottom of the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They dropped off a nice basket of food and wine on the first morning of our stay. The room was cleaned half way through our stay and the rooms were spotless. Good room sizes, can comfortably sleep 4-5 if sharing.

Property was smaller than expected and it needs some maintenance due to broken radiators, towel rails and toilet seats. The outdoor space is a decent size but not very inviting due to the poor furniture and an umbrella shade that is very dirty.

beautiful and clean place

This is a spacious and well equipped apartment with private outside space, very good transport connections and lots of things accessible on foot including a range of shops and restaurants.

The flat was fine but the light out in the stairwell did not work and we needed to use the torch facility on our phones when entering and leaving the flat in the evening.

The apartment was decorated very well. We especially liked the modern design and amenities, yet still maintained the old community charm of Lisbon. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The staff was excellent with providing information about the apartment, surrounding attractions, and parking.

One of the shower heads was defective and needs replacement.
