Location right on the beach with bar restaurant looking out on the beach. Relaxed/chilled and reggae music played during the day in the bar. There was a proper beach party on one night with Trance/House music played and drinks flowing until sunrise. Walking distance from the turtle beach. Variety of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed there 3 nights and were very happy) Nice place to stay for chilled people with young souls :) Thank you

The hotel only accepted payment in USD (cash) or in local currency (cash or card) with a crazy 20% mark-up for them...

Rooms and day staff are nice

come the evening hotel becomes a very loud nightclub with staff only interested getting as many people from outside into the bar as possible and concern for their paying guests. Music and shouting can be heard in every room in the hotel, often not quietening down till sunrise at 5:30am. Drugs are rife in the bar are, nance why there is not control of staff or visitors. Complained to manager, but made no difference as it went on louder and later the day after, as if to prove a point. Sri Lanka is a very big island, requiring early starts is you want to see wildlife, temples etc. I had 3 trips ruined, as we had to be out by 6:30, and we’re not about to sleep until 5:30 because of the noise. Don’t get me wrong, I like a night out but, you should be able to have a night off your if you want to.

Good room facilities, good bathroom, balcony with sea view, good breakfast

Very loud due to the music coming from the bar all night long located right below the hotel rooms, we couldn't sleep until 3am. No free toiletries, tea/coffee maker, water. Window glass should be cleaned, it was very dirty.
