I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. You can rest assured that your world class customer service will be shared to my entire Filipino friends. Thank you so much once again Xavia Hotel Team. I will definitely stay in Xavia Hotel on my next trip to Nha Trang. God bless Y’all. The excellent view from my suite room is a must when you visit Nha Trang.

Great location just across the road from the beach. Room was great and the view was spectacular! Decent choice at breakfast. Restaurant attached to hotel good quality and well priced.

A couple of fans in the gym would be nice

Breakfast very good, various type of foods cater for customers. The frontdesk staffs are very helpful, supportive and friendlly. Sepcially thanks to Jenny for the support and assistance provided during my stay in the hotel. Thanks to Zoey patiently in helping us during our check-in time into the hotel.

The wifi is not good, I have to use my phone network to connect. The staircase access to the hotel entrace are too steep, not user frinedly to old age people.

The view through the window is beautiful. The room is clean and new.

Near the hotel there is a garden where locals are doing their sports activities everyday at 5 am in the morning with VERY loud music. It’s impossible to sleep, we woke up at 5am and asked to change the room. The breakfast is very poor.

The staff were amazing, a big thank you to Truc and Phong who are 2 highly professional members of the Xavia team and are invaluable. All the rest of the staff there work so hard and are extremely helpful. The room is large, the view fantastic and the breakfast is varied.

When it's windy it can get a little noisy in the room as the windows are badly fitted. The floor in the bathroom gets very wet after a shower.

The hotel is lovely, we were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a suite room on a high floor with a fantastic view. We were also assisted by one of the reception staff, Jennie. She contacted me by WhatsApp to let us know our room was ready early and was easily contactable to help us book spa treatments and book in a limo transfer to Dalat. Jennie was very helpful and we thank her very much. Would definitely recommend.

If it is a windy day, the wind is very loud on the higher floors, however it is worth it for the view.

The staff went completely out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after the entire time. Especially Båo Trúc at reception. She was so kind and helpful during our stay. Nice breakfast. Location was perfect.

The room with balcony and seaview very nice, large parking in front off hotel. Breafast many choice with western food, the staff very friendly and always smiling and supportive. We will come back

I had a very nice room (upgrade), breakfast was 95% oriental food..view was FANTASTIC !! by day AND by night .. we sat for an hour each day on the terrace (14 THE FLOOR) just IN ADMIRATION WOW !!!

wish we had more item for breakfast (non oriental) such as croissants, donuts, cheese, cold meat, yogurt, fruit salad, cereals, pancakes, ...more variety in jam +nutella ...etc...

They wanted yo keep our passports during our stay. It wasnt enough clean. The breakfast wasnt tasty.

Even though we stay here in rainy days, it was a really relaxing and chilling trip for us. And a big surprise, we were upgraded without asking anything. The staff are friendly from the beginning to the end, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the room very nice with bancony seaview, thank you so much.
