No details on how to get to our room or park near to get our stuff transported to our room in email, but thank God for the security guy who told us what we could do:)

I loved the apartment it was everything I wanted and needed.

I could see the ocean. It was across the street and a little blocked by trees. i thought it was ocean front, so that was a little disappointing.

Location and it’s like home away from home.

The stained couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bed was very comfortable!!! Beautiful apartment with partial view of ocean. Sterling Shores landscape is very beautiful.

dripping toilet in the guest bathroom was a little annoying and guest bedroom bed could use an upgrade but those two little things didn’t affect our stay at all

property was in a fantastic location, very nice staff, very clean.

only complaint I had was the back sliding door wouldn’t lock. I called on the first day to try and get it fixed and was told I would get a call from maintenance but never heard anything. I have two little boys and was worried about them going on the balcony by themselves.

the condo was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children, location was decent for beach access, the grounds were very nice and well managed, pools were nice and good temperatures, the beach area was clean and friendly

the air conditioning was broke when we got there, the book advertisements were outdated for beach rentals, the faucet in the smaller room was broken, only one elevator was working the whole week we were there, we didn’t have enough towels for our family of 6 and had to request more

Excellent full experience. They know how to do things right. Even the little things.

about the costumer service or front office very unprofessional. i try to do late check out they said it was available and they ask card info. and i check them in another day sadly said they can’t. we make 9am activities and we didn’t know that they didn’t allowed us to do late check out. very hassle we cancel everything and we didn’t enjoy much. we waste money and time not planning to come back in the 4th time

Wonderful condo! Access to the property was extremely easy. The codes were sent the day before the trip. The condo was available on time and very clean. Easy access to all the great restaurants, pool, beach, and all Destin has to offer!

How nice and clean it was. It was also located in the center of every attraction my family and I visited.

One of the elevator's was out of order the whole time we where there and some people said it was like that before we arrived.

We loved it from the time we entered the front gate. The information we received was very accurate and made our stay very pleasant.

The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was so close. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Definitely home away from home.

The microwave quit workin on the last night, but we had the oven. So that was just a minor inconvenience. The tub jets didnt work.

Our apartment was great. It was clean and comfortable.

two of us called the property 3 times before arriving at the property about trailering our bikes and having somewhere to park our trailer. We were told we could park it in the overflow lot. Well they don't have an overflow lot and when we called after arriving were told we couldn't keep it inside the fence. When we told them what we were told before when we called, they basically called us liars. We also told them that there was a trailer with 2 jet skis, a boat trailer and a uhaul parked inside the gate we were called liars and the girl hung up on me. We ended up renting a space at a storage place for the week.
