Spacious, comfortable and just 2 minutes from our favorite beach but again, in the hearth of Nea Kalikratia...

Location excellent and owner very attentive. Spacious apartment.
Poor air conditioning. Old a/c system that could not come close to cooling the apartment. Add a broken window at the front of the apartment letting in the heat. It was very uncomfortable and had I not pre paid I would have tried to find more comfortable accommodation.

George and his mother were excellent hosts_we had maximum for our money, the same as on the pictures. The appartment was clean and confortible, close to the beach and in the center. George take care about reserving parking space, very big problem in Nea Kalikratia.
Bedrooms with nonopening windows/without real windows.

Nice apartment, located near the sea on the main street. There is also plenty of space in the apartment, and it has everything you need for a holiday. The owner is very dedicated and friendly, he even tried to keep a parking space for us while we were out.
The apartment is half renovated. There are a couple of windows and doors left to change.

Very good location,suitable for young couples and family with children. One minute walking to the city beach and 4 km to Sahara resort.

Big, clean and comfortable apartment located in the centre of Nea Kalikratia. Kind owners always ready to help. Jorgo is doing a great job. Recommendable especially for famillies with children.
