This was our first time renting this condo and we absolutely loved it! It was clean, decorated very thoughtfully, the furniture was super nice, plenty of room for the kids to play, the wrap around balcony was awesome for views of the beach and the city at night! Super easy access to the beach, great pools, and super clean facility also. I have nothing but positive things to say about this rental!

Beautiful property with a lot of natural light. Love the location next to Schooners.

Best room at Seychelles we have stayed and been going to same places last ten years first time in 909. But by far our favorite.

I knew based off the pictures that the decor was outdated, but we spend very little time in the room and the reviews stated that the unit was clean so that’s what we were mainly concerned with. For the most part, the unit was clean but the floors definitely need a GOOD scrubbing. If you walk with no shoes, your feet would be black on the bottom. With that being said, my only real complaint is the bed in the master bedroom. We already were paying the same price as more updated units with outdated furnishings, and that was ok; however, the master bedroom mattress NEEDS replacing immediately. For the money you pay to rent this unit, you should not have to sleep on a mattress in that condition. It is very high on both sides and slopes to the middle. You literally have to crawl your way out of the bed. You might as well be sleeping on a twin bed the way it rolls you to the middle. I know that may sound exaggerated, but it is not. We ended up forgoing our last night and driving home after a long day on the beach just so we did not have to sleep in that bed again.
