Close to the airport, modern, clean, hot water jn shower.

Host did not told us how to enter the hotel we had to call and get directions.

The room was very spacious and clean with a large TV and the Wifi was reasonable.

The property was almost impossible to find, with no building names or numbers visible at all, even the rest of the street was missing building numbers meaning it was anyones guess where to go. We ended up asking people on the street who weren't able to help and by pure chance and luck eventually asked someone walking into a building if this was the right one and it was. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no reception to ask for more. The Mattresses also had no topper to them and were very lumpy.

WiFi was great in the common area. Very secure and clean.

In the room I had the WiFi was weak and inconsistent.

The room was very spacious. Rolli, the manager, checked me in and even accommodated a second day after I had a problem with my flight. He was always available by WhatsApp. He even printed my salvoconducto for Galapagos for me and left it for me on the desk in the common area. Bog House is in a nice building, close to the airport and looks like a museum / mansion inside. Book with confidence.

The Netflix kept dropping out, but I ws happy it was offered and poor internet was a usual while in Ecuador

This accommodation is only about four blocks away from the Guayaquil Airport. Very clean room with television, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. Nicely decorated facility. Great bathroom wall design. There is a full-size refrigerator, a giant TV, a sofa and a work desk, available to you in the lobby area.

There is a 11 a.m. checkout. This is absolutely the earliest checkout time I have ever experienced throughout my travels around the world. All the other hotels usually allow a customer to checkout by 12 noon. Since it is a private residence, you must call ahead by 30 minutes to insure that someone will be there to greet you when you arrive. The pillow and blanket smelled strange. It smelled like they needed to be washed. There is no obvious signage on the home. So it can be difficult for a taxi driver to find.
