The place is not the same as the pictures, rooms are very tiny, bathroom even worse, looked like some vintage house with no style at all.

Location and staff very friendly very clean however very noisy should make it a chalet self catering with the amountnof noise that went on til 3am

Place is shabby but clean and no rules of noisey people walked around the passageways screaming and talking loudly till 3am people sitting at the pool all night loud music blaring from the rooms..no peace or any feel of a hotel stay

I really had the great time at Margate Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their room was clean they made sure that we have a pleasant stay.

Water was very cold in morning due loadshaddig. Some TV channels were very poor

I just got everything I was promised when I booked online. The service was perfect to say the least.

The rooms have no excraction in the bathroom if someone is in the loo the whole apartment smells no freshners nothing the king bed was two singles put together the breakfast had a stail after taste and there is no sea view with the balcony apartment that was a lie

The room size was perfect, the location was gorgeous with amazing views. Loved that we had access to free WIFI and refreshments like tea and coffee in our room.

The towels did not look white & clean. I think the hotel management needs to at least change towels more regularly as they don’t look appealing when they start to become old and over-used by guests. Other than than we were happy with our stay.

Bath water was cold

Nothing. The Hotel Is Noisy. People are making Noise All the way from the reception to the rooms. We could hear everything.

They had some function on their breakfast area. However that Function The Radio was sooo loud, We couldn't sleep with my family till 2:00 am the next day. How Horrible. We could hear everything from our rooms. People walking Up and Down the Corridor. Causing Chaos all over. No one was really monitoring them. Imagine I came in to the hotel to think I will get some sleep on a sea facing room. Only to get Noise & Noise of bagging car doors, to conversations to Loud Music. I really felt disrespected. The stuff wasn't so welcoming like I usually know them. I always book my reservations with jabu. She's so helpful on the calls. I even request for her sometimes. I always recommend Margate. I've book most of my Business stays with you. But after this not anymore.

The place was extremely busy and unruly... People drinking and vomiting in the entrance, no place at the restaurant to eat.. Music loud till 3am, people drunk and making noise in the back car park.. Hotel was fine... The area... Won't be coming back
